Appointments are easy to get, their schedule is very accommodating and the best part is - you get a rose when you leave!! :) It can be hectic getting in all of your Dr appts while working so for your convenience they have snacks and drinks for you in the lobby as well as freshly baked cookies (sounds contradicting, I know) for you to take on your way out. I believe they also have BBQ Friday's during the summer where they have hot dogs with all the fix-ins. They make the "not so pleasant" procedures tolerable, almost pleasant. I've been recommending them to everyone I know. My only gripe is that the service can be slooooow. I guess its because they give everyone personalized attention. Dont expect to squeeze in a cleaning or visit during your lunch hour.

They do everything to keep you as comfy as possible: memory foam pillow, warm blanket, comfy chair, headphones and cable tv right above your head so you can watch as you get work done. Made an appointment for what I thought would be cleaning. It turned out that they only did paperwork on day 1. Came back later, had x-rays, had cleaning, wanted to deal with the chipped tooth. They said I needed a bite guard and a back tooth fixed. I told them the teeth grinding issue was resolved 10 years earlier, it was caused by daytime habits, not night time grinding. Over a decade of X-rays showed that. What about my chipped front tooth? I was provided with a written treatment plan with a need for a mouth guard, an additional appointment for a future cleaning, and a need to have the rear tooth worked on. And still nothing about my noticeable front tooth problem. I left with an impression that they did not believe me when I told them that the daytime teeth grinding was resolved. And I also left with no mention of fixing my front tooth. PS: I am not a frequent complainer on Yelp. Maybe once every 5 years. This one was blatant.
