I had an old crown fall off in my mouth day before yesterday in the evening. First thing in the morning I called Dr. Pytlik's office and even though it was a busy day they fit me in for a replacement crown. They discovered a cavity under the crown too during the exam. Fixed it all and fitted me with a perfect new crown even though the office and Dr. Pytlik were quite busy. Who likes going to the dentist? For most people it can be a horrible thought process with high blood pressure, your heart racing with anxiety depending on what you're going in for which would be practically everything besides a teeth cleaning lol I've been coming here for years and the level of service is great and the office staff is very nice. I had thought that Myreen was doing a great job, but my new hygienist told me that I was seriously flirting with gum disease, a problem I have not had for the past 33 years. I spent a little over $2100 for deep cleanings and regular cleanings over a 9-month period. What, exactly, was I paying for? I'm worried other people could be fooled into thinking they are getting state-of-the-art care but that is not the case. Buyer beware. read more

Dr Pyklik with the help of the VA health care system gave me seven new implant teeth. I know it won't seem important but I ate twizzlers today for the first time without chewing my tongue or my front lip. Staff is very friendly and efficient. All of my dental issues have been taken care of to my satisfaction. All of Dr Pytlik's positive reviews have the same date?? That says to me, he has asked people for favorable reviews to offset his honest bad reviews. The peer review found the four crowns he put in to be unsatisfactory they are requiring him to refund my money. But they are claiming the other $16,000 prepayment is out of their scope. Which their manual clearly states is not true! So he gets away with severely damaging me, and my heart condition and gets to keep $16K for nothing. If you have a dispute with him, do not use Peer Review, as Dentists are their members and pay hefty dues. The outcome will always be in favor of the dentist no matter how much damage has been done. read more

BE CAUTIOUS! I had a crown implant there and the original cost estimation was a little bit over $600 deductible, however when I received the implant the amount raised to a total of $994 and it was non-negotiable. I found Dr. Pytlik over 5 years ago after another dentist botched a gold crown. I searched for him based on his expertise: prosthodontics; one who could design and build a set of teeth from nothing but X-rays.
