BEST HOME REFINANCE EXPERIENCE! Laurie helped me through two escrows in 2017 and 2015, and reached out to me during February 2020 to let me know housing interest rates dropped and it may be a good time to refinance. I was glad she was proactive since she helped us save over $150,000 on our mortgage from 2017. In my case, I had a 30 year mortgage at 4.125% and Laurie was able to help me get that down to a 15 year, 2.75% interest rate. During the refinance process, the interest rate dropped slightly and Laurie helped me secure the lowest rate possible. That meant a lot to me since I was getting inundated with ads from other mortgage companies promising the lowest rates.
