What I really like about these people is that they really seem to do right by people. If they can help them they do. But if they can't help them, they show there where else they can go to get help. They work very hard to fight with your lender to get your short-sale approved. If a short-sale is not in your interest, they are always happy to get you to someone who can save their house.
