I tasted it anyway and found it to be both warm and lacking carbonation. When I brought this to Anna's attention, she responded, "I noticed it looked flat too; I'll get you another one." Frankly, this was concerning. If she noticed the drink was not of acceptable quality, it should never have been served to a customer in the first place. Neither dish would typically require an unusually long preparation time. Unfortunately, what followed was nearly an hour of waiting with no communication.
