It's normal for patients to be late 5-10 mins esp when it's their first time and they're lost. Mind you, I prefilled all my paperwork online ahead of time and she said there were "additional" paperwork I had to fill out and that they won't have enough time. Definitely a red flag if they're squeezing you in this tightly between patients. One, they're only here for the money. Two, how well can they treat you if they're rushing you at every visit? I haven't left a review on Yelp in years because I own a business myself and the last thing I want to do is leave someone a bad review.
