I was impressed by how professional the operation was. Janice was exceptionally friendly from start to finish. After my consultation I decided on the Signature Facial with nano-needling. I'm 45 and not only am I dealing with aging skin but past acne scars. Janice suggested this and a few other options for the future to help combat this battle of mine. Janice then walked me down the hall to meet Hera. Hera politely greeted me and instructed me to place my things in a wicker basket including my shirt & bra and put on the cute pink robe that was waiting for me on the treatment table. Hera stepped out & a few minutes later returned to begin my treatments. This was a facial like I've NEVER had before! The soft music, the calming delightful smells, the warm bed and Hera the skin magician blended together to create an out of this world experience. She got to work immediately and her expertise in skin care was very evident. She didn't chat the whole time which I appreciated. She worked her magic using countless wonderful products on my skin.
