Please please don't have your Botox/ dysport here. She has ruined my smile. I had masseter muscle done for my tmj. She injected the wrong area and I can not smile and my right is droppy. I have called them and they do return my calls. My emails bounce back. I told her I never inject that much and she forced me into $400 of dysport which is insane. I usually get 80 units of dysport for my whole face. They also tried to sell me an off brand as Botox. They will tell you they have it but they don't. My understanding is in Nevada they have to have a doctor available and they don't. I will be making my compliant to the medical board before they ruin someone else. I literally have nightmares about this. I didn't want this out there but I have to protect others. Stay away! She says 2 months but it just turned a month. Not going to argue with her, instead will add pictures to speak for itself. Also note the lack of empathy in the message below. I have receipts and emails. read more

Here I met the aesthetician Kayla, whom I also absolutely adore! They both are so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel safe under their care, and I always love my results! I also was (and still am) very nervous about needles and certain procedures, and they've always been amazing at calming my nerves and easing my fears. Will never return here. This was not my first experience with filler, but on my first visit here, this procedure went poorly and Jayme the injector never followed up about possible complications. Injector caused a sudden bleed during lip filler, causing me to pass out and vomit. Their response: get me on my feet and sent me out the door without any instruction to a follow up appointment, no concern or ownership of potential issue from the bleed. You'll see in this photo, it was not a minor filler bruise. I spent hundreds to see a different doctor 3 days later to assess for vascular occlusion. The other doctor's words on seeing me: "what did you do!?" After monitoring for swelling and healing, the end result were incredibly bad lips- inconsistent bumps in strange places, product above the lip line, thick product (their recommendation) which wasn't right for natural lips- they also used the remaining product in my cheeks. Looking back, these many things added up as wrong. I paid hundreds more at a different injector to dissolve the filler product that was placed above my lip line. Bottom line for uneducated customers- don't go here. They just want money and they don't care about professionalism or their patients. Update: The response to this review below from the owner has called this a fake review; but she has confused me with another customer. This is not a "false review". I was not the patient who heavily drank and received a hydrafacial. My review is accurate, I donate blood regularly and am aware that alcohol can cause bleeding concerns. That being clarified, I'm disappointed in the response below from the owner. This attitude is the reason I have not gone back to the business with this concern they caused. Because they show no ownership, no compassion. I encourage future customers to take their business elsewhere. read more

She got the areas that were really making me feel self conscious . Kayla helped us out up front and offered me many services that had specials. I'm cringing right now for even giving this establishment a 1 star. I've been coming here for months now for semiglutide every single week. .it is so unfortunate but will never ever come back here again. First of all, after a few months of semiglutide with them I requested to up my dosage from 1.0-1.5. I specifically asked Kaitlyn (I think that's her name she sits in the front), if they are increasing my dosage because I am not noticing any weight loss. She said yes. Come to find out they've only been giving me either a .25 or .5. (I have proof because Jayne wrote it down. So they finally increased my dosage. So today, I've really had it and have proven that they treat their customers as numbers. There are times that I will be running about 10-15 minutes late because of traffic or unforeseen events at work. But I will make sure to either call them and let them know I am running late not once was I a no show. . Unfortunately today I had an emergency with my dog that I had to take him to the vet. I didn't not get the chance this time to call them to let them know I'm either running late or won't make it because of my emergency. So I requested to be rescheduled. They won't reschedule until I pay them $50 no show fee! How inconsiderate! After being a customer for at least 2 years now, Kaitlyn won't budge in. She won't schedule me nor give me my shot (keep in mind this has already been paid for in advance!). Unless I give her my credit card so she can charge me $50 for not showing up! For one, all they want is your money, I understand business is business but c'mon, have a little bit of compassion! I would understand if I've been constantly missing my appointment. This is THE FIRST TIME THAT I WAS A NO-SHOW! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They are only after your money! They are the fakest people you'll ever encounter! And believe me their stuff don't work. I've had Botox here too. I don't see any difference after the treatment. BUT if you're ok to be treated as a number then feel free to come and see them. But if you have self respect. Please go somewhere else. Again they did not want to give me my shot that I've already paid for until I pay them $50 for not showing up today! read more

She keeps it real and if something doesn't make sense, she will talk it through with you and offer up alternatives to think about. Last time I went, I was super scared to consider lip filler but yet had been intrigued forever since my top lip is pretty small. Jayme promised to be conservative and that's exactly what she did ! I am super happy with them. No one knows I got anything done (unless I tell them) but they know something is different - exactly what I wanted! I also do chemical peels and lasers here.
