Mary did great work on my skin, but when she put my mask on, she just went and sat at her desk for 10 minutes. Anyways, I saw a deal that was happening (pay $10 for $20 service). I was wanting to get my eyebrows waxed and figured since they had a deal- I'd go there! The woman on the phone was really nice and was trying her best to work with my schedule. The office was a really relaxing environment, and I immediately felt less nervous. Eyebrows are one of those things that really stink if they get screwed up, there's not much you can do about it. The staff was very professional and welcoming and I felt really comfortable. Anyways- I'm really impressed with the work done! My eyebrows are a bit fuller and I like them that way, I just wanted some shaping done. That's exactly what I got! It was painless and a pretty quick process. I had a really pleasant conversation while it was happening. I don't typically spend money on beauty routines as I tend to think I can just do most of it at home, but I am positive I'll be returning. The atmosphere and staff were so great that I'll be happy to patronize them anytime I need my eyebrows done!

I took my son here about two months ago and had a great experience- so today I booked him for…read moreanother cut. We go in and he says what he wants done. She barely cut his hair- he asked for more off and she took very little more. He said it was fine- he was just ready to leave and I could see he was not happy but he didn't want to be rude. So, while I felt he needed more cut off and shaping done I too chose to just pay so as no to embarrass him or cause a scene. I also thought I'd be paying less. I go to pay and was charged $42 for a maybe 15 min TRIM (total time with some combing was around 20 mins)- no wash (he said he didn't need one). I was shocked! I asked if that price was right and was told that the company sent out emails saying the prices had gone up. I don't recall getting one but I've only been there once before. I went back there because my first visit he got a wash, condition and cut for around $25 before tip. Today I got FAR less and was charged nearly double. I left no tip and won't be back after that price increase. Full transparency- I didn't ask prices (I thought I knew them), she did have to comb through some tangles; but still was able to manage that and trim his hair all in around 20/25 mins all done. I'm super frustrated and honestly sad because it's hard to find good bi-racial hair care and we just had such a pleasant first visit.
