I LOVE spending my discretionary money here haha Brenna is my girl. She does my botox (crow's feet, brow lift, and forehead) and my laser treatment for dark spots. I know there are a TON of places that offer botox but something about the sterile environment, yet personable staff make this a place the best place for a lunch break and frozen forehead. They do run deals for first timers and sometimes they run gift card promotions as well. I've been to this location two times, once for emsculpt and once for Botox. The appointments went great and the clinical staff is great. My issue is with whoever answers their texting. A few times now, I have responded to texts they've sent me or I've sent appointment requests online and my texts get ignored for weeks. After weeks of me assuming they won't respond, I'll get a text back weeks later (by this time I've deleted the text thread) with a general response, not even introducing who they are. I didn't have their number saved a few times and had to ask who was even texting me because I didn't have their number saved. For example, I'll text "I'd like to make an appointment at the Rocklin office for Botox" then over a week goes by with no response and then someone will text back "wonderful, what day or time works best?". No apology for ignoring my text for over a week. Another example, a text I had sent wasn't responded to for weeks, didn't have their number saved, and I get a text only stating " Hi Hayley, just checking in on this" I respond back "who is this? And checking in on what?", they then respond "the Esthetics Center and the last text" I then respond back "I'm sorry, maybe I'm missing something... what text?" And then no response back. Never found out what they were referring to. It shouldn't take over a week to respond to an inquiry, and if you're going to respond late or text a patient at all, there should at least be an introduction of who is texting since I didn't save their number, such as "this is [name] from the Esthetics Center! I apologize for the late response but I'd be happy to get you scheduled now". Not some half hearted unprofessional response where the person doesn't even know who you are or what you're referring to. Not sure if this is location specific but it comes across as unprofessional. I've worked front office in a busy healthcare office and while I understand places are understaffed and things happen, it would've been considered unacceptable to ignore patient correspondence where I worked, especially multiple times. Maybe don't offer the option to text if it can't be managed properly. read more

I have done CoolSculpting a few times now with Katie and I have to say I love the results! I was definitely skeptical to see if it would work, but with the treatment, proper eating habits and exercise I did see results! It was worth it! Katie makes the treatment comfortable and enjoyable.
