I deeply regret ever getting the Tixel laser treatment. It has left my face and neck in terrible condition, with extremely loose, sagging skin. I wake up every day feeling heartbroken and depressed, wondering how something that was supposed to help my skin ended up aging me more than 10 years. Before the treatment, my skin had firmness and a healthy texture. Now, it feels thin, lifeless, and weak. I've lost all skin elasticity, and the change is devastating--not just physically, but emotionally. I no longer recognize myself in the mirror. I trusted this procedure would improve my appearance, but instead it's left me with lasting damage and deep regret. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I had a CO2 laser treatment for my face neck and chest! this is a tightening treatment. What a poor out come, no difference at all... I went back in after a couple months when I was not happy with results and Dr. Selene said you do know that the neck and chest don't respond well to treatment, why provide them if you don't get good result? Totally sad to write this update but I will no longer be recommending this place. I saw another provider while Mac was on leave. I was left misshapen and with a lip that hung to one side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called, crying, I expressed my concerns and talked about how my coworkers said I look like I had a stroke or Bell's palsy but the receptionist had someone else in office who she was also taking to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I did schedule a follow up apt with the provider because they say that's their policy but I did cancel it because I'd rather pay extra to see a different provider. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wanted to send a message discretely to management or Dr S herself because I was embarrassed and truly just wanted my looks fixed at any price before family came for Xmas.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] ( my original apt was 11/15/25) [[HIGHLIGHT]]I sent messages to business Facebook page because Dr Selene actively posts there!
