This is a true home, with a maximum of six residents. It looks, feels, and smells like home. The smell of home cooked meals permeates the kitchen and they are well balanced with the residents tastes in mind. As my father's health declined, Misha and her staff worked with our family and hospice to ensure he received the best of care. Misha is on call and readily available to residents, staff and her caregivers. She is the definition of a professional, caring nurse. When my daughter and her three small children came from out of town to visit , they were welcomed by the staff and made to feel at home also. Paris, one of the caregivers, made them all dinner one evening when we weren't comfortable leaving my father. Meatloaf, potatoes, peas and cake. When I thanked her she said they were here to take care of all of us. And they truly do. I heartily recommend this home for anyone who needs assisted living. They are superb .

It is…read morevery pretty inside, looks and feels more like an apartment complex. it's only got two floors, which is good, cause my granny would get lost on the elevator if there were more than two options :P My grandma has a large one bedroom apartment, meals and social activities provided everyday, there's a family dining room for private family dinners, nurses stations on both floors, an ice cream parlor, hair salon, and church on site. Grandma was able to take her own furniture, and all her things, which made her comfortable. They understand how difficult this transition can be for my family, and the staff at rosemont is very good at updating us on her progress and things she is doing every week (cause quite frankly my grandma isn't going to remember one day from the next). They even paired my grandma up with another woman to be her buddy and now she has a little friend! deciding to put a loved one in a "home" is not a decision that comes easy, but rosemont put you at ease.

We visited many, many places, most of which were fine, but when we walked into the Bradford, we knew right away it would be the place for him. In addition to a bright and comfortable environment, the staff is incredible.  They have treated us all like family from the beginning.  Every single employee knows each resident's names and are engaged in their care, from their daily needs to simply holding their hand or listening to them.  The layout of the interior is perfect for the residents, and include thoughtful touches throughout.  There are tables in the corridors for items to be put down or picked up, tactile art on the walls, and moveable benches for those who like to re-arrange things, like my Dad.  Each time we visit it is amazing to see the majority of residents engaged in activities or being tended to while gathered together in the large family room area.  The feeling of love and caring here is real.

I was cautious and in a transition of having to move my mom and stepfather from a property that was not properly licensed by the state and a variety of CNAs that were unprofessional in the care of the elderly. I was so fortunate to be connected with the head nurse & administrator of this property named Shameka Idusuyi. Ive had peace of mind, a clean facility, stellar communications, professional care, and supportive staff engagement since May of 2025. It's not an easy task to turn two elders over to a group of strangers for full time care but this home has proven to be consistently caring, patient, helpful, thorough, and so knowledgeable in the job they do to give our family members quality care. The CNA, Dolores, is phenomenal with her care of the residents and the home. We feel so fortunate to have the best care for our loved ones. Home Care Assistance in Kingwood just charged my father $27.75 per hour for a caregiver. Guy said…read moreit was in the stack of papers I initialed in January. The rate is usually $21 an hour. Our normal caregivers daughter had the flu so we asked if they could send someone. The 1st caregiver complained to the front desk wanting to leave the room. They aren't allowed to because of COVID. The director of their assisted living recommended a different caregiving company but we didn't have time & there's a 48 hour cancellation fee with Homecare Assistance. The 2nd day I received a call from the nurse that my mom slid out of the wheelchair. We ask all caregivers to please clean around the toilet & other light cleaning & to empty dads urinals in the morning. They were upset that dad asked for something while they were assisting mom. I said couldn't they say I can't ? Because of this Guy also wanted to charge for couple care. PLEASE READ THE PAPERWORK CAREFULLY! Our experience was subpar caregivers at an extraordinary price & a vindictive manager.

Once they were at my home, they were clear that those same services that would NOT be provided. But regardless, they would still charge me the full amount. They never mentioned that they were charging time and a half. Even though we talked for more than 30 minutes (up charge on holidays was in the contract.) It is outrageous that this company charged me for six hours of work. They agreed to do the work on Saturday. Then on Monday, this company played bait and switch and refused to do the chores. Stay clear of The Key.
