What an incredible bouquet of flowers for Mother's day. My mom absolutely loved them. Your pricing was fantastic. Your follow up and follow through by communicating with photos text messages and phone call to ensure everything was to my liking prior to delivery was extremely appreciated. I have had many bouquets of flowers delivered to her and she is very picky and in almost every case she did not like them, she thought they were too small or overpriced with dying flowers in them. Not yours she said it was incredible the most beautiful arrangement she has seen in her 94-year life. Thank you for making this mother's day extra special. I cannot thank you enough. I love this place. They delivered on time. My recipient LOVED the bouquet. I had a special request and they came through and even replied to let me know they did it for me. They were very fair in price and conscientious in their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

All I can say is... absolutely horrible! I originally went to Estrella Flower Shop and ordered a flower crown for my mother's graduation. Unfortunately, they did not meet my standards considering how expensive the crown was, which was $75 for a wilted, torn, too big of a crown, and with little to no flowers that accentuated outward. It was so big, it looked like a wreath! I understand why the crown was $75 since I asked for white orchids, baby's breath, and green leaves; however, the arrangement was simply a disaster. Moreover, the lady (woman with tattoos) that helped me at Estrella was rude. I initially called and was hoping to place an order but she had a passive aggressive tone. When I asked questions, she would reply with hints of sass as if I (a person with little to no knowledge of flowers) would know what to expect. Mind you, this is my first time ordering a flower crown and I was going off of their reviews hoping that their crowns would be as beautiful as their bouquets. Boy was I wrong! I decided to come in and take a look at the flowers and the lady showed me what kind and I clearly stated "yes those flowers are fine but new ones of course" since the ones she showed me were wilted. She said "yes of course". I also showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do that for me. So I thought that things would be fine until I came to pick up. When I came to pick up the flowers that I ordered 4-5 days in advanced, they came in a plastic stapled bag. Not even in a box. I mentioned how it looked quite big and the lady with the tattoos said "well you ordered the adult size so". This was the most ironic part considering how I am an adult and it didn't even fit me, so how in the hell would it fit my mother? The crown went straight down my neck and was more like a flower necklace if anything. My brother called the shop once I came home and showed him the mess and kept a calm composure asking if we could get another arrangement. The lady with the tattoos started to get escalated and raised her tone while my brother remained calm. After my brother pointed out how she was the one that was yelling and he was trying to resolve things peacefully she said "I can't do this. If you want a refund come to the store." And hung up. How unprofessional does this lady get? I went back in person and kept a cool tone and just wanted my money back. She tried to escalate the problem saying "if your brother wanted it a certain way then he should've ordered it" she then says that I said it was "fine", which was actually a lie since I mentioned how big it was. She also stated that she did not want to get in trouble so she called her manager (I assume) and spoke in Spanish about how my brother and I supposedly wanted a refund for something that is "exact" to what I asked for. The image I showed her and what I got were two vastly different things. Fortunately, I got my money back. But did she honestly think I couldn't understand her talking shit since I am clearly not Mexican? Honestly, what a disappointment. Hopefully, the shop owner/manager can keep their employees in check and make sure they're not so disrespectful, unprofessional, and down right rude. I ended up ordering from Florecitas Flower Shop and got what I asked for in one day (my review is on their shop 5/5 stars) some accommodations were made since it was in a hurry but they were lovely. I definitely recommend Florecitas over this place!

Question #1... WTF happened to all the florists in 'Pedro? Wifey's B/D the other day and although I usually am not a procrastinator, I dropped the effin' ball and my dumb a$$ forgot to order her some flowers... Enter "Estrellas Flowers". After numerous attempts to locate an operational flower shop near home, one that would either have a working telephone number or answer the FUC'n phone, I hesitantly tried Estrella's. (I say hesitantly because of what I saw on Yelp). Which by the way was nada... Zilch. Zero. Called 'em up and surprise, surprise. They actually answered the phone. (See bizniz peeps, that's how it's done). Told the little sweetheart on the phone my name, what I wanted and then asked if it could be done, like, same day done. (I say sweetheart because she was as nice as she could possibly be). So my order... Two dozen red roses, some starbursts, baby' breath, etc., but NOT in a vase. She responded with a brief "no hay problema Sr. Mike. A qué hora lo necesita"? "4:00 pm I say" and again a no problem was my gift response. Located about a block away from my old stompin' grounds / hood as a young troublemaker, so I was familiar with the building. I got there about 3:45 and they were still assembling the arrangement so it could not have been any fresher. Reasonably priced and fast service with a smile. Will definitely return.

Prefer to write positive reviews but have to share this one. Sister from TX ordered flowers for my husbands mom passing away on Friday. They were to be delivered Sat by noon. Never came. She made two calls. They were coming Sat night. Never came, no response. Not sure how many more calls were made but they arrived Sunday at 1:30pm. It was 85 out, we weren't home (no phone call made to us) and they were left by door in the sun. They had a card with just his name on the front. No message written as requested by sender. These look like they went to Home Depot and were put in a vase. As you can see, no greenery, no bow, nothing else. Really???? These should have been checked before going out and NOT sent. For a business that specializes in flowers, they should be embarrassed these went out. VERY unprofessional. I could have done better myself and not even close to artistic. Took us a while to figure out who they were from. Had to look at cameras and saw when delivered. TERRIBLE service, pretty flowers but wasn't done well. Just the basic flowers. Nothing else. What if these were needed for a service? She's going to demand a refund and we will never use again. I recommend Fleur De Leis in San Pedro if you're looking for professional, classy, well done flowers with excellent, reliable service.

Im Celebration of this past Woman's Month and in support of Diversity I reached out intentionally for a minority woman owned firm to deliver flowers for me. I'm from the east coast and needed a trust worthy company to deliver a beautiful arrangement. Estrella impressed me and would do business with them again. The photo speaks for itself!!!

I am really disappointed!! We always order flowers from this florist. My finace purchased these flowers for our anniversary. Within 2 days they were dying. This was a $120 arrangement. It was gorgeous when it arrived as their arrangements always are. However, it was over stuffed in the vase that was used. I have experience with floral arranging and Hydrangeas for example need room to breathe and a lot of water constantly. The flowers were not getting enough water because there were too many stems in the vase and not enough water to keep them hydrated. They were dying over night. I have attached photos. It is four days later and the irises as well as the delphiniums are curled up and are dying. I was told I was running my heater and killed them off and should have called sooner. My fiance asked me to call today because he works nights and really was upset about it. They refused to help in any way. I even asked if they could do just a small hydrangea bouquet and the answer was no. It did not bother them when I told them they would lose our business. They were argumentative and basically let me know it was my fault. Never again. There are other florists.

Awesome Service! I had 54 balloons filled here for my daughters baby shower last weekend. Estrellas Flowers went above and beyond, offering exceptional service and delivery (for a small fee). The price was excellent ... much, much lower than the quote I got from 6 other places. All of the balloons arrived on time and in tact- with no loss ! I wish I would've taken pictures of the balloons when they arrived so you could see the final product. Feel free to look at the ones I've attached. I recommend this place and will be using their services again in the future!
