I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

I was a walk in to get some flowers on my way to visit a family member at the cemetery. The flower selection was horrific, the customer service did not say hello when I walked in the door and They made me feel like I was interrupting them to ask for assistance. I settled for something small off the shelf, the lasting time was probably hours vs days. The price was high! I would not recommend them to anyone. The place is not kept up well. Very dirty, so much dust on old faded displays. Location is excellent but I'll go the distance next time. read more

I felt very disrespected throughout my time working here, and based on my personal experience, I would not choose to work here again. Not to mention they lasted for probably 3 weeks with the spray paint they used holding them together. Fast forward to this year, 2023, for Mother's Day and I just knew I had to go back and recreate this concept for her personally. I showed up with very little time to spare in the morning just after they had opened and they were already busy. While I didn't stumble upon anything that was similar, I asked them if they would be able to recreate what I described to them and they did just that. And in 10 mins at most!
