This place ROCKS. I've come here for several issues, some small and some more serious. I had an MRI on my sinuses which revealed a horrible sinus infection. Normally I'd just ride it out, but I had a 10 day Thailand trip in 2 days! I used a combo of prescribed meds ( Normally I would rather not take them) and a visit to Dr. Tony . Tony was able to open my sinuses, and showed me a few points on my face and scull that I could stimulate to relieve pressure in my sinuses. It was a huge help, and I credit my quick recovery to Tony. A few months later I got an injury while at work. Even though my work would only pay for Physical Therapy, I knew Tony would be able to help. After a few sessions, I was feeling good and was able to come back to work a week early. Again, I credit my speedy recovery to Dr. Tony. I've been a patient here for around a year and I love this place! I'm a regular patient of Dr. Reza, and he is great! He takes great care to find where your pain and ailments are before treating you. The first thing that they did when I came in for my first treatment was an x-ray. Then we talked about my course of treatment. I started out a couple times a week and now I'm there every other week. The other doctors and office staff are also fantastic. Every time I go to the office its like walking in and saying hi to your friends. They are the best! They also do health talks and seminars around once a month that are free! I went to a talk on super foods by Dr. Ryan and we were able to try a super food smoothie that he made with most of the foods he reviewed during the talk. They also provided dinner! I've never really looked into chiropractics due to the fact that I've never had any serious back problems; knock on wood. Isn't that why you go to a chiropractor, because your back hurts? Over the past 15 years I've had ONE consultation / adjustment. I always felt that a good shiatsu massage would heal any pains and aches I was having. As I've been getting older and working at my desk more I've noticed my neck getting stiffer, my back getting sore more frequently, and my posture going in the wrong direction. (Sitting in front of a computer all day doesn't help!) I'm an open-minded individual but never really understood or investigated chiropractics until listening to an interview on a recent podcast that I subscribe to. My wife is a newer patient at ET, and like myself she had only dabbled a few times into chiropractics in the past. Based on her recent positive experience I decided to give the free consultation / X-ray a try and see what the results would be. After viewing the X-rays and performing a few tests it was clearly evident that the range of motion in my neck was far less than normal and my upper spine was no longer curving in the correct rearward direction. Turns out these are pretty normal spinal issues associated with getting older, long lengths of sitting, bad posture, and general lack of spinal exercise / motion each day. I learned a lot about my spine and the long term detrimental effects of not moving enough. I began my sessions with Dr. Ryan and felt a drastic difference after the first visit alone! After only a few sessions I was able to move my neck from side to side much more freely. I noted an amazing difference when looking over my shoulder while driving. I very much look forward to my sessions each week and I feel A LOT better. I've never been pressured to buy more or make more visits. Everyone is incredibly friendly and passionate about their work at ET. What I've been most amazed with is learning how your body as a whole is affected by back and neck issues due to the nerves running through your spine. On that note I will supply a little story- My wife was having a strange shooting pain in her toe that lasted for weeks and would not go away. She was concerned that she'd caught an infection from a pedicure but there was no swelling or redness, just sharp shooting pains. I told her a story I had just heard about a professional MMA fighter who was having shooting pains in his feet. It turned out his spine was out of adjustment. His spine was pinching nerves which caused the sharp pains in his feet. His pain was healed by chiropractics while numerous doctors told him that surgery was the solution. This was right when my wife was about to start her first chiropractic sessions. My wife discussed the toe pain with the Dr, he adjusted her spine and the toe pain disappeared after the first session! Your spine is an amazing piece of engineering and the health of your spine makes a huge impact on your whole body.
