Summer is GREAT! The front office manager is horrible, for the amount of money you pay to go to HNC I hoped the staff was better educated and cared more about the clients. If you call the office you are either left on hold for more then 10 minutes or they pick up the phone then hang up. After asking for a refund they tacked on a bogus 40% "processing fee"? They didn't process anything plus added on another 3.5% fee to refund my credit card. So between the lack of knowledge and amount of money you will pay I recommend thinking long and hard before you commit to anything. read more

I hesitated for a long time to write a review for HNC but I think it's important to share my honest experience. A year and a half into my fertility journey I was frustrated and looking for answers. I started looking for naturopathic providers and stumbled upon HNC. They had incredible reviews and upon my first visit for my consultation I felt like Kristi was a good fit to help me. I was hesitant about the financial commitment at first and tried to ask for help in understanding how much my program was going to cost. I was given an estimate, but less than 6 months in I had blown through the amount that I had budgeted due to weekly visits and the dozens of supplements I was taking. I grew frustrated by the fact that I was paying so much and hadn't had a "breakthrough" like everyone else and was told it just takes time. Moreover, Kristi says that she focuses on fertility challenges but I found myself educating her on the intricacies of infertility on many occasions. I felt and still feel mislead. After 13 months and $11,000+ later, I did not get any of the results I was hoping for. I did find the hormone testing helpful in understanding the imbalances in my body and on occasion I had a decrease in migraine occurrences. Other than that, I had no groundbreaking results which was certainly not worth all of that money. All staff at HNC are very kind and friendly and do have good intentions. I just wish they were more honest about how much it costs and I can't believe that people spend this kind of money there. I've had skin issues since I was a kid, mostly caused by tinea versicolor. Last year, I had the worst flare up I ever had and was prescribed a topical steroid based cream that I would need to use for the foreseeable future to just control the issue. Seeing Kristi is the best investment in my health I've ever made with the most results too. Especially if you're pregnant I HIGHLY recommend her!! Kristi has helped eliminate my hypothyroid symptoms, gotten rid of my acne (after 2 rounds of Acutane I had given up), and she has made my pregnancy so much more enjoyable by eliminating all of the awful symptoms I was getting plus she slowed my weight gain down dramatically! I first went to Kristi at 3 months pregnant (now 7months) after being diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. To make matters worst I wasn't even given a follow up appointment to go over my results and they were just emailed over to me with NO EXPLANATION. I have been going to HNC for almost a month now. My main reason for seeking out Kristi was to have her help me figure out why I am struggling to conceive. I'm such a skeptic I wanted to wait until my 12-week program was over. I am changed and for the better. Most importantly I'm empowered and in charge of my diet and health. Kristi doesn't encourage fad diets or crazy exercises.
