I spoked to him about exactly what I wanted and he ended up doing what was more convenient for him and decided to place the hose at a lower location and now the pipe is very hard to work around. I've tried reaching out on getting it fixed and he has pretty much gone silent. I have pictures of both the fix before and after fix, and texts to prove this situation. Completely lied to me about coming last Thursday to fix it. He does not value customer satisfaction and he previously stated on a call.

I called him and he was available to come out within a couple hours. When he got here and inspected the unit, he immediately identified the issue saying we had a bad capacitor. He had one on his truck and had it changed out in minutes and we again had working AC. I asked him to quote some more services and his fees were more than reasonable. They told me it would take a day and it took them 4.5 and they left me without AC that entire time. Their crew badmouthed one another and clearly did not know what they were doing. It was. $15k split unit install. Since then it has had nothing but issues and they do not show up on time to fix. When they do show up they can't fix it because their techs constantly turn over and /or don't bring the right tools. They have been working for three days now to send a tech to try to get the new unit running correctly and the fist tech showed up and didn't have the tools he needed to determine the problem. They scheduled another tech for the next day who didn't show and they didn't call me to let me know (wasted another four hours of my time) so I called them and they stated a tech would come out first thing the next day at 9am. Tech didn't show with no calls and no updated so I had to call again. I would recommend that everyone stay away from Haynes. They have poor service, poor communication and poor install experience.
