Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. He's also willing to listen to what his clients need / want / afford. My latest project was to remove a large jetted bathtub. It involved the removal, drywall patch work, plumbing work, addition of an electrical outlet, installation of new subfloor and flooring in the area. Now, rather than a giant bathtub that I can't use, I have a nice area to sit and get ready for the day. They use Red Bag to help with the construction debris. In all reality he could've told us we needed to replace the tank but that was not the case. However, there were three valves that needed to be replaced. He had another job to go to but stayed to do ours right. The price was way under what we felt like it would've been. He has one best of Forsyth last year and will probably win again this year it is well deserved. We already have an order in for him to replace the tank as it's 17 years old. They had trouble fixing that bad valve, but they didn't give up. They stayed until the job was done, which took several hours due to leaks in the underground pipes. At any point they could've given up and left me with an underground leak, but they took pride in their work. They did not try to charge me extra beyond what they initially quoted. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. These are good men of integrity, and I recommend them!
