I honestly wasn't sure what or how I wanted the plaque to look and without hesitation the nicest gentleman began showing me various options and explaining the process. We decided on a particular color, style, etc and I left. Within a few days, I got a call saying they were ready to be picked up. When I got there, I was thrilled to see that they had gone way above and beyond! They actually came up with "Texas Rangers" colors and font, and used them! The picture I was trying to put together went from really cool to EPIC, all because they went the extra mile. I am so grateful and will use them and recommend them as often as humanly possible!!
