I have ordered several times from Super Cheap Signs and the product always turns out great and arrives quickly.

I loved the quality and price, they're also very responsive. This is my 4th time I order from them.

I made several revisions to the project, somehow the "licensed" word got misspelled and I can't believe no one would catch that! now I have all these signs with LICENCED misspelled on it. I had checked it before I sent it over, so IDK how this got overlooked. I know the sites state we are responsible for corrections but, my computer always shows words that are misspelled. So, I'm not sure how this happened. read more

Mark's behavior was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful, and it's concerning that he holds a supervisory position. Shipping ridiculously overpriced and slow, especially for the lead time endured. Decent quality, orientation was changed last second against what was wanted...I did not wish to wait another week or so longer on top of the already slow approval/staging/production malarky.....so I simply agreed to their "correction". Despite paying for faster delivery, my order arrived late--spread across two days--and not by the guaranteed date shown at checkout. I provided clear evidence of the delay, including a screenshot of the promised delivery date. I requested a refund only for the expedited shipping fee--a fair and reasonable ask. Unfortunately, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge the discrepancy or accept responsibility. It's disappointing when a company prioritizes deflecting blame over standing by their delivery commitments. As a result, I will no longer be using SignsOnTheCheap and will be encouraging my colleagues to consider more reliable vendors. Consistently used them for years for signs for our business. We're local so we don't have to deal with shipping, etc. The print quality is always good and they can usually turn things around in a reasonable time, unless it's during election season and they're very busy. read more

They were very belligerent about giving their promo shipping discount. They sent it to me once I had placed an order for my next order. It was a bait and switch. As soon as I was ready to place my second order with "free shipping," the system said not available! So I called and was met with belligerence by one of their male staff members. Very unpleasant I placed my next order with Build a sign and saved a lot of money on their signs. I ended up with free shipping and more with Build a sign. Thank God for capitalism. Someone called Carlos at this company doesn't deserve to work in sales, what a stinky attitude. All l needed was questions to be answered before l placed my order and his rudeness was just overboard, he ended up hanging up on me and deleting my order from the cart. Looked OK but ordered double-sided signs that were supposed to work with wooden stakes.. I received corrugated plastic signs that were simply turned sideways with no way to attach them to the wooden stakes or wire stakes. I reached out to the company to ask their recommended method of attachment and received no response. Would not order again. Also the discounted shipping code they advertised would not apply. read more

I have ordered several times from this company and have been satisfied but not this time. I ordered some yard signs online and somehow either missed the offer code for free shipping or it was not applied. I noticed this after ordering. I immediately contacted the company and explained the problem and that I would appreciate if they could extend me the free shipping. They said they could not and would not. Spent $4500 on signs, filled out the shipping part on their website and it charged me approx $800 for shipping which I thought was high but I paid it anyway. ten days later they try to up charge me another $647 claiming the shipping was more than they thought....ummm not my problem. How about fix your website so it doesn't charge people the wrong thing to begin with. My order stayed exactly the same, the shipping almost doubled. He stated the signs looked very good and they were fairly priced. They were easy to deal with as well. And my son is not an easy person to satisfy with vendors. Tip: if you are ordering during this time, consider that it may take longer than you anticipated for your order to be ready. Order as far ahead as you can. Their customer service was great. 2 stars because the signs look great. Minus 3 because the two times I've had to call and speak to someone the person on the other end of the line (2 different people) were rude and unhelpful. Called today because my signs arrived and only half the stakes did. Called to find out when the others would come and was told "don't know". They have to open an investigation. Well, shockingly I need the stakes for the signs which need to be used on a certain date. I ordered this all in plenty of time to make sure I had everything when we needed it. Telling me "dunno" on the list half of the stakes is not helpful. The other solution I was given was to place a new order and I'd get reimbursed when they investigation was resolved "depending on the outcome". That did not make me feel comfortable placing a duplicate order. The signs are fine, the price was good, but the customer service is subpar. read more

I ordered 100 signs online which they said would be done in no later than 2 weeks... Called them in 2 weeks and they told us they made a mistake about the proof and needed 1 more week!... Went there after 3 weeks and they said they needed more time... My wife was there and was very upset and started crying because we were already late for the signs we needed... The sign boss new she was crying and instead of apologizing he said we could cancel the order and go somewhere else!!!!!! Such a horrible horrible group of people. read more

I was lured in by the "super cheap" pricing, of course. But it was a scam I soon discovered. When I got to the checkout I found out my small thin lightweight sign was going to cost 3 times the going rate to be shipped to me - and not quickly. I was in a rush so I bought the sign. Bad choice! The sign never arrived and I found out the the other cheap thing was the customer support - NONE. When I tried to contact them, there was no chat, no email, and phone support was closed. When the phone support was open - couldn't get thru.... take your business elsewhere. Hopefully, I will get my money back. read more

I went through the process to create my own sign (per the usual steps). I noticed the limited color options for text on the yard signs, but I was ok with that as I only needed 1 sign to put in a yard as I was servicing a house. I created the sign, selected a 12" x 18" size, full color, and 2 sides. I added an economy wire frame as well. The total came to $19.91. Totally reasonable! Then expecting MAYBE a $3.99-$7.99 shipping they have the audacity to try to charge $37.91 for STANDARD shipping! Bringing the total to $57.82. It's nice of them to offer 2 expedited options for $45.90 and $55.90 PLUS the cost of the sign and frame! For Shipping of 1 SMALL sign! They are the typical online company..... "I'll sell you whatever you want for cheap, but I'll make up for it in shipping!" It's such a shady business practice! read more

This company is a rip off. I submitted vector images of our company logo. They re-typed it in a different font and submitted the proof for approval. I asked them which format they needed it in since it looked nothing like our trademark logo. They couldn't get it right and charged me a fee for the proof that took them 5 minutes to type in the wrong font. read more

Walked in and took the lady a good 20 sec to look up from her phone to say anything to me she had no knowledge about the business and wouldn't let speak to someone. I need signs fast and they were not even willing to expiate a order even if I paid extra. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere read more
