Popped in on a Monday around 6:20 ish to drop off an AT&T Fiber router as a return. They weren't busy and Manny was great at assisting with the return. They provided a receipt of confirmation and viola it was done. The interior was as expedited of a FedEx store, printer area, package supplies, and the main counter area. Super fast drop off here! Such efficiency systems. You can simply drop an item you have pre-packed and labeled or print your own label without having to interact with any humans. Or you can go to the counter and get help. Line wasn't long, but I'll take the drop and go option all day!! They also have printing services which I didn't use. Looks pretty convenient though. read more

Went here to make some photocopies. There are closer FedEx Office centers to me but didn't want to look for parking and this location has plenty of parking in strip mall off I-35. Making copies is fairly straightforward. Use the touch screen to swipe payment - for credit cards you have to pre-authorize amounts starting in multiples of $5. Once you are authorized you use the copier like any modern copy machine. You can print b&w and color copies. You can also drop off fed-ex packages and buy all the materials you need to ship your packages. I'm still glad they have places like these. Not everyone has a printer, fax machine, scanner, etc anymore but allot of institutions still want you to produce physical copies when sending paperwork so there is still a need. They have a really thick paper option (cardboard like),which was what I was looking for. Not sure if the value was worth it due to print quality, but it's not like I need to get things printed every day, so it's fine. read more

This is the FedEx located at The Linc and offers a full service experience rather than just a drop-off. It's a busy location with lots of customers coming in and out throughout the day. We worked with the store manager, Melody to have some posters printed out and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. Melody was responsive, took the time to listen to us, and offered her recommendations. FedEx ended up beating out the quotes we got from other bids for our project. Store is spacious and the line goes by fairly quick even with a wait. Plenty of parking spaces so you can drop in and out quickly. read more

I was unfamiliar with their system, but happy that an employee set things up for me so I could quickly print my few pages. Checking out was crazy easy too. I visited the location and spoke to Frank. It seemed as though he had just clocked into his shift. His demeanor towards me was extremely unhelpful. I explained I was there for a print pickup and initially he stated that he didn't see any order under the names I gave him. When he finally found the order he said it was not ready and it was scheduled for 1pm and they worked at a first come first serve basis and had to wait until I received the completion email or until 1pm. Understandable explanation however I have worked closely with FedEx for all my prints and have never had an issue with a team member making the effort of at least checking if it could be done. Without hesitation he simply turned me away only for me to receive an order completion 15 minutes later while I was already 20 miles away. This could have been avoided if Frank had simply checked before turning me away and making me waste gas to come back instead of me waiting the 15 minutes it took for me to get my order. I will not be back to this location as Frank really had terrible customer support skills and I would rather not be assisted by someone who doesn't seem to want to assist. read more

This location is advertised as a full-service FedEx center. It is not. It's hidden inside an Office Depot and even the sign for FedEx is hidden behind a pillar at the front of the store. If you do make it inside you'll find a location with very limited services. When I couldn't ship my item the manager was apologetic and said I'd have to go to a real FedEx location for assistance. If I could give FedEx a zero I would. Avoid. read more

Worst customer service I've EVER experienced at FedEx Office. This place used to be great, but they stopped maintaining the self-serve copiers. Went in needing to print 50 copies of a 3-page packet that needed to be stapled. None of the machine's auto-staplers worked even though the menu offers it on the copier itself. Pointed this out to two different FedEx employees and they seemed so put out that I took them away from their conversation about football. I asked if they could do the copies on the big machines in the back. The guy said, "it's the same situation back there," and then walked off without a hint of concern for customer care. Ended up driving to the Burnet Rd location where they actually care about customers and keep their machines stocked. read more

Nay in Austin is my favorite FedEx employee of ALL Time!!!!I needed to ship 2 brand new bibles out today to two new possible believers(friends). This is the latest 2023 Bible ever created called the John MacArthur study Bible legacy translation. It's the the closest Bible to the original text. Unlike the king James from 1600 that was translated from Latin to English. John MacArthur and a team of 30 theology professors from the masters seminary and Grace to you worked 30 years translating the original manuscripts from 2000 (Hebrew)BC and 70 (Greek)Ad into English. This Bible brings a a whole new meaning to true Christianity and how Jesus wants us to live. I can't say enough about how helpful NAY was! She went above and beyond to find me a good box and to make sure my note was properly spelled and everything looked good. She even is a CNA trained nurse and helped me with advice on how to help my mom with ms and dementia!! Make NAY an area supervisor. She is incredible and gives fedex office a good name! I had a poor customer service experience from the store manager (Katie) at this location today. In returning a few laptops for my work one of the boxes had some minor damage to it. This is the way that I had received the box from FedEx delivery two days ago. In sending the box, the manager stated she could not take the box per FedEx regulations but needed me to purchase a new box to resend. I was frustrated by this experience since I had received the damaged box from FedEx this way in the first place. Katie claimed that she was just following policy to deny my package. Additionally she asked for me to have understanding while not extending the same understanding to me over the reality that I was imposed extra fees at the expense of FedEx service (ie if there is a rule for not accepting damaged packages then customers should not receive damaged packages from FedEx in this way. I should have been delivered a new box at no charge). While I understand there are rules, it's disappointing that as a company you don't empower your employees, especially managers, to make discretionary calls to correct an issue, such as this, that was a result of you company's error. Rather it seems as though the company policy and the training with this employee was to put the accountability for FedEx error on the customer and to ask for additional grace that is not extended to the customers that are paying for you business. This was a disappointing experience that in my book showcases a lack of accountability and empathy that is demanded for a business of your stature. read more

Visited on 4/25/24 appx. 4:45pm. With our box we went right over to the roll of tape we needed before returning a package. The guy at the counter notified us that he could tape our box. I was really appreciative as we needed to buy a 3 pack roll of tape to store at home anyway but didn't want to hassle with it right out of the packaging to tape this box before shipping. We've been in there before where some at the counter were not always so helpful - maybe just a morning shift issue and imagine they get quite busy during the day. Even so, I was very thankful for my stop today and for the gentleman who went above and beyond with a simple gesture. read more

These people are scammers. I brought google equipment to be returned to google July 17th before I moved 9 hours away. Google emailed me a QR code, which when scanned would print out a label. I show it to an employee, he prints it out and puts the equipment in a box I brought with me. Tell me why on September 13th I'm getting charged for equipment not being returned. I call Google, and they pretty much tell me there's nothing they can do because from their end, because it's not even showing that the QR code got scanned. When I try calling the store, I'm met with a woman who tells me that since I didn't keep the receipt or that I can't find the tracking number, there's nothing I can do except go to the store... that's 9 hours away from me. So basically, unless you keep evidence from these people, they will not have the integrity to the right thing--THEIR LITERAL JOBS and send your packages. read more

As soon as i asked a question to an employee that happened to be training, her trainer responded for her by saying "it is her first hour on her first day" in rude tone of voice as if i was suppose know that and if i was the one that hired her. I then asked to use the wi-fi and she said it was down and told me i can use the computer but i had to pay for the internet. I don't see why i should have to pay for a service that is suppose to be free. It's not my fault the wifi was down. she then directed me to go use the wi-fi next door, once i came back she said i had to go back next door to use their wifi again to get a confirmation code to print out my files. She could have easily told me that the first time and i wouldn't have had to go back and forth. between her tone of voice and condescending attitude i felt so bad for that trainee because she has to work with that employee. i over heard the way she talked to other customers and she always had a negative response to the situation like "that's not the right box" or "your box will still be damaged during shipping" never once did she smile or apologize for the inconvenience. Her trainee however had a genuine smile and positive energy. I'm not sure if everyone else came in at a bad time or if I was just lucky! I had to return an item that was received damaged at our office and I walked in at 6:00 p.m. and there was a couple other customers. I had a mobile shipping label from the company I needed to make the return to so the first guy was a bit confused but then Chyna came over and helped him in a prompt fashion. I observed Chyna speaking on the phone and she was very professional and seemed to go out of her way to connect the person with customer service personally instead of just telling them to call another number. Local print shop closed earlier than they said for the holiday -- left me in a lurch (without a printed bus ticket half an hour before boarding). Manny at FedEx to the rescue! Both stores had the same holiday hours, but FedEx's were legitimate. 1. While my Lyft drove me, I called the store to verify hours and get their email address. 2. I used my phone to email the PDF to the store. 3. I called the store; Manny had already printed it and had it ready. I asked him for the total. 4. I tore into the building, dropped a few quarters on the desk and was back in my ride inside of 30 seconds. Thanks to these guys, my parents get me on Christmas Eve after all! Uhhhhh...this place is SUPER WEIRD. I used to come here all the time but just picking up envelopes. I never dealt with anybody there. A few months ago I had to ship something via FedEx and came here. The person working here was so passive aggressive and just seemed to hate life that day. She even took a call while dealing with me and when the person was talking to her, she just put the phone down/away without even listening. She probably had one of the worst attitudes I've encountered in a really long time. I asked how she was doing and she feigned "Great!". I laughed. Whatever. Mostly, this place is vastly understaffed.
