I've been a long time customer and they moved from Endless Beauty House in Alhambra to Eterna Aesthetic in Rosemead. Congratulations on your opening! There's street parking and a small parking lot if you can find a space. It gets pretty busy here. I recently stopped by for a collagen facial with Michelle. She's my favorite! It starts of with cleansing and light massage, extractions and collagen mask to finish. I always fall asleep during the last part. I also asked Jesse to burn extra skins on my neck. I don't really know what this process is called but you can ask Jesse to take a look and she will give you a price This is done after a facial and a numbing cream is absolutely needed for this procedure. I appreciate them always giving me good recommendation on what procedure I'll need for a specific problem. I would like to try getting the IPL M22 next time to remove some dark spots on my face. I've been coming here for a while now for hydrafacials, and they never disappoint. They just moved to a new location and it's super clean, modern, and comfortable. The estheticians always do such a thorough job with extractions. They clean out all your blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, everything. My skin always feels incredibly clean and refreshed afterwards. Eterna Aesthetic had reached out to me via text to let me know about their grand opening event, highlighting that they would have giveaways, coupons/specials, and free-demo. I used to be a client of theirs when their esthetician worked at Heather Beauty House in Alhambra so I was excited to come to this event to see what was new. It was a complete waste of time at the grand opening event. No communication of what was happening and very poorly organized. Apparently if you were interested in demoing some of their new equipment, you should've already made a pre-appointment. It was so crowded inside the building that you couldn't even walk around. I tried to wait at the front desk to see if someone could help me on the grand opening specials and waited for over 30 minutes, but the line never moved. It would've been nice if they already had made brochures to highlight the specials and have separate booth outside the building to sign clients up for the specials and a separate booth for making appointments. On top of all that chaos and waste of time, I got coughed on by other people and ended up with Covid the next day! read more

I was recommended this place by a family relative who had this treatment done herself, and I'm so glad I followed her advice. Typically this place is booked so I made my appointment in advance-- luckily I was able to be squeezed in on a Sunday afternoon. However, I would definitely call ahead if you're planning a visit. Walking in, I was pleasantly surprised. They just moved locations, so there aren't many Yelp photos yet, but the new space is beautiful, clean, and so aesthetically pleasing. The name "Eterna Aesthetics" truly fits the vibe. Venus and Jesse greeted me right away with such warmth, and it instantly made me feel comfortable. The waiting area has comfy egg shell white fluffy chairs and sofaslovely décor, and a calm ambiance. Plus, being on the corner, they even have their own parking spots--super convenient. Now, here's a funny detail: I was so intrigued by the restroom. They had a Woodbridge bidet, and I always know a place is exceptionally clean and professional when their restroom is immaculate. I was 100% impressed--it even flushed for me! (Just a girly appreciating the littlest things and conveniences ). I went in for the Ultrahera (Ultherapy) on my cheeks and chin. Akemi took care of me, and she was absolutely wonderful--sweet, knowledgeable, and patient. She explained the process step-by-step, numbed my face for about 40 minutes, and kept me comfortable the whole time. Since the treatment itself lasts around 2-3 hours, I'd recommend eating beforehand if you book a midday appointment. The space was spotless, and the aromatics honestly made it feel like a luxury hotel spa. I also noticed a flyer for complimentary demo days--these are rare and available only on specific dates, and spots book up fast. Definitely worth checking out if you're curious. During my session, Akemi even showed me before-and-after comparisons and worked with me to make sure I was happy before leaving. Because I'm still on the younger side, she explained my results may not be instant--improvements should gradually show within 2 months. I appreciated the honesty and reassurance, and I'll update this review once my results fully appear. Since this treatment is something you only do once a year, I know I'll be back for my annual touch-up. I was a frequent customer at their previous store, Endless Beauty in Alhambra. So when I heard they were moving to their bigger store, Eterna, I was so excited. Especially because of all the new services they offer! Their new store has a clean interior with new welcoming staff! They seemed very educated and helped me understand their new services. I use to only get facials which helped so much for my acne prone skin. Now, at Eterna, I tried microneedling and exosome facials. They used a numbing cream to help with the needles. My skin seems to be a more glowy and the microneedling helped reduce my acne scars. I think they offer much more services like botox and other treatments. I highly, highly recommend this place! Their Facial service is exceptional! They do not rush with extractions, super thorough! The massage with steam is so relaxing. They even trim/clean around my eyebrows. Facial ends with a 30-min collagen mask. I have been going for years at their old location, and I referred many friends there and they all say the same thing that nothing can really compare with them!
