While I appreciate that the pricing here is competitive, I came here for a consultation and was not impressed by their service or bedside manner. First, the phone call to make the appointment was easy. They were polite and efficient both with booking the initial consult and with rescheduling when I needed. However, once I got to the actual appointment, I didn't enjoy their service. I arrived for my appointment at 2pm, and at the front desk was a security officer instead of a receptionist. He seemed confused by my presence and told me that everyone was out to lunch. I was confused and he told me to talk to one of the nurses, but she looked annoyed at me and told me to keep waiting in the lobby -- when I asked if they were on their lunch, she said no and to be patient. Finally, I was seen by the consultant. The consultant was very no-nonsense and didn't seem to have the patience to answer my questions. When I asked her about my concerns re: skin fat burning, she would brush them off by saying "Well, just use a different laser then". Okay, but...she didn't answer my questions or really explain the pros and cons of each laser? Ultimately, I will choose a different location. There are other places with similar pricing where you will feel valued and treated like a patient. read more

I have a laser package here. Although the results aren't very noticeable, it might be more of a maintenance-type treatment. However, every time I make an appointment, everything goes smoothly. When I arrive on time, I can start right away. The appointments are always scheduled very accurately, and that's really great. I am very confident to say both my picosure and Juverderm treatments were great success here at AMCC. Sabrina's esthetic sense and her know how and know what have earned her place in my heart shoulders to shoulders with a few renowned plastic surgeons in Beverly hills. Sabrina and other supporting staffs know the trends, you don't have to translate to explain. You can show them photos of results you like, they will get it right away and give you better treatments proposal in return. Less down time, less invasive and better results. Comparing this with my other plastic surgeon, who has been continuing giving me a cookie cutter resolution of threads with fat injection. My b.s. radar is blasting. I do not buy that because I weighed 103....5years ago I had fat injection, he almost had to cancel the surgery because he could not suck out enough fat from me to centrifuge. So I waited a while to post this because I wanted to see the see effect of the procedures I had done heal. About 3 weeks ago I visited Arcadia Medical Cosmetic Center after I saw a suggestion from another customer in a Facebook group I'm in. I came here originally to get fillers for the dark circles under my eyes but once I arrived I saw the amazing price they are offering Xeomin (similar to Botox) at $7.99 per unit which is like unheard of so I had to get that too! The doctor was super thorough in explaining how the under eye fillers work since I had never done them before. The whole thing took less than 45 minutes and the results are STUNNING. I posted some before and after photos you can see for yourself. I usually have my 'go to' spot in DTLA but Arcadia Medical Cosmetic Center will definitely have me venturing out to the San Gabriel valley for my cosmetic needs from here on out! I also saw they had a special at the time for juvaderm ultra plus for $399 which is crazy affordable ! Hoping that they still have that special going the next time I stop by. Be Aware. We all smart enough to figure what reviews are real. Let's make it simple. -My wife had laser hair removal for full legs in AMCC beauty since June 2019. On July 18, which is 3rd visit,amcc called and changed her appointment from 11am to 2pm. -The staff was late with her Starbucks. -She burned my wife's leg along with her tattoo, and she claimed it would be fine after a few days. -On July 26, the staff called my wife and asked if her leg was okay, and that was the only time AMCC had their staff to follow up the treatment on phone. Obviously she knew she messed up. -During the 4th visit, the manager, Alice, finally knew my wife's got burned. -My wife asked if the staff has a license. They said yes but didn't show my wife. Alice took pictures of my wife's wound. -It has been a month since the staff burned my wife's leg. Alice still refused to apologize just like car accident. Of cuz they didn't want to admit it until doctor's confirmation, so she insisted my wife should have their doctor diagnose and follow up my wife's wound with their professional advice. -Today, they had their doctor to check my wife's wound and apologized, but the doctor is just a family physician not a dermatologist. -The staff who burn my wife's leg did not show up while they kind of arranged all appointments out of the time when my wife went there. Yes. All staffs were there but no clients. -They said they will go through insurance for compensation, but no insurance company ever contact us yet. -Alice gave my wife a scar cream and front desk told my wife it's a hundred sth dollars like we should take it, shut up and go. Okay. Passive aggressively humiliate the client you hurt. I believe the pictures will show the truth. Laser hair removal is probably the easiest and safest treatment. Thank you Lily for making my appointment as flawless as possible! She was there to greet me in the front and explained the process to me. They had a pretty long check in process but everything is done through iPad. Once in the room, Lily explained how many units I needed and why she recommended for certain spots. She even did this cool thing that made my eyebrows lift! She was quick and efficient and I was out of there in 10 minutes or so. She even checked up on me a few days after to see if I was seeing any effects. It was a very personable experience from beginning to end! it sucks. I did 46 units of botox without seeing any results on my wrinkles of my face and it caused the arching of my right eyebrow. I also had 3 bottles of juvederm injected on my nasalabial folds and marinate lines, nobody could tell the difference when the Chinese technician clearly stated that the results could be seen right after injection. Then, they asked how I was feeling and because it was a feeling hot and red, they put on a cooling mask for me. This kept my face cool and felt great.
