To be honest, my first experience did not go well, and let me tell you the management was right on the miscommunication to make it right. I returned for all of us to 'do-over.' My first impression was a stunning and ethereal place that immediately hit me as I walked through the door and left the street behind. The lighting and finishes emerge you in a serene and tranquil space. The manager greeted me immediately and we discussed my needs and what was lost in translation previously. I could not believe the assortment of service- it was a one stop dream. There are numerous treatment rooms set up for different services- I thought this was really decadent, given that many of the spas and medi- spas I've been to use the same room for everything. Not here. Everything is also very clean, neat and organized. I was impressed Nina took me back to the light laser room pinned my hair back and numbed my face. Once I was seriously numbed, we went to another room to wash off the numbing cream and then back to the laser. I'd not had a laser like this before and it seriously felt like it was doing its work as she delicately passed it over the zones of my face. I seriously recommend the add on that came next- the healing mask. It was on for 15 minutes and literally there was no redness visible. I wanted to drive home with it but we both laughed and decided I'd look like "Jason." Buy one to take home too. When I got home I could see the skin tightening immediately and was excited. Headed back next month. Love this place - my new go to for glam!

Still paid her the matching price on groupon instead of actually going through groupon. She recommended that I do something somewhat different and said that she would do an extra deep clean/hydrofacial on me since I had acne. The service was decent. The cleansing was extremely mild and not deep in comparison to many places I've been or maybe my skin just wasn't that bad this time. No extractions, just exfoliation. She gives little massages throughout the service on your scalp, arms, shoulder, neck and so on. I really wish I got more in the face, hence facial. Her space is located in Sola Salons which is surrounded by dozens of other Suites. Wood floors so unfortunately not the most relaxing because you can hear noise from all the surrounding Studios. Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too! The Himalayan salt room is the only shared area. The interior is well maintained, although it feels a bit outdated. the cleaning staff was attentive and kept the spa clean. I arrived 45 minutes before my massage so I could use the Himalayan salt room and sauna, and take a shower before my 60-minute massage. Overall, my experience was good. They charge $50 for a day pass. I would love to go back and use the spa again sometime in the future.

This is a great place. My girlfriend and I have been going to MS slim for a while. We haven't been to this location. We heard it was open about a year ago. They accepted our membership from the Rowland which is where we do most of our service. As always, the staff provided top notch services from beginning to end. I have very dirty pores and she actually spend an extra 15 minutes cleaning because she didn't have any appointment after me. :-) My skin came out extra clean and obviously I tipped them a little more. I would defintely come back here again with my gf. This place isn't as busy as the other location but they definitely will be, especially the type of service they are providing. She wanted to make sure I was taken care of properly. She was so kind and caring and the whole staff was so friendly and helpful. The hydrofacial itself was so amazing she started off with giving me a massage. It honestly felt like lymphatic drainage for my face because I do gua sha at home. Then she brought out a steam machine and some cold roller thing. And she used a machine that felt like water was squirting into my face with air but my face didn't feel wet. I honestly don't know what was going on. Everything felt so amazing though I felt SO RELAXED. She even did extractions for me on my nose which I have not done in AGES. She said I didn't have acne just blackheads lol. I take that as a compliment to be quite honest. Once it was done my face truly looked FRESH. I was so happy with my results. Then I went to the injection room and got some Botox. They were so quick and it was as painless as Botox could be. Loved my experience here. They legit have everything here it's a one stop shop. I don't really know what this process is called but you can ask Jesse to take a look and she will give you a price This is done after a facial and a numbing cream is absolutely needed for this procedure. When I arrived, I clearly told the front desk I was there for deep tissue massage, and they led me straight to a treatment room. Once my therapist came in, I repeated again that I only wanted the standard deep tissue massage, which is the only package they advertise. I never asked for or agreed to any lympha system clean treatment whatsoever. The massage ran for almost 90 minutes total, and I only found out about the billing fraud when I was ready to sign the receipt. They charged me $110 (member price) for a 90-minute lymphatic detox treatment that I never consented to. I immediately brought this mistake up to the front desk staff, who admitted the phone booking staff had incorrectly logged the wrong service into their system. Here's the core issue: this was entirely your employee's careless error during scheduling. Why should a customer be forced to pay extra for your staff's miscommunication and messy booking system? It's completely unfair to shift the blame and extra cost onto your guest when I stated my desired service twice--once to the receptionist, once directly to the massage therapist before the session started. No one checked in with me mid-session to confirm they were switching my treatment or extending the time. There was zero transparent communication about the price change. I left feeling ripped off and disrespected. Poor customer service, careless booking mistakes, and unexpected hidden charges make this place not worth visiting. Save your money and go somewhere that respects clear booking agreements. Their manager should be taking attention to this.

It took about a week to finally get connected to talk to someone to schedule an appointment because their hours of operation on yelp does not match their actual hours, which I believed should be updated. On their website, there's literally no provider you can schedule with either. So when I did get connected, the front desk says they'll call me back in 15 minutes but called me back after 30 minutes and they sounded fairly rude whatsoever. But anyways, I've arrived at my appointment and everything seemed fine. I was talking to the consultant and when the MA was available, I was asked to get my blood drawn for the PRP. The MA was having a difficult time finding a vein to poke (I've never had issues with drawing blood at the hospital). She was able to get one vial from the left and then it was slowly. She kept swiveling the needling in my arm and I was getting pissed. Then she gave me water and kept attempting to go for the right arm and was able to get a bit (which she claimed should be enough). Afterwards, when finishing my conversation with the consultant, it turned out I was not a good candidate as I am prone to keloid so the blood drawn was tossed. I ended up getting a IPL photo facial, which was done by Lisa. She was amazing and she made sure I was comfortable in between sessions. I'm waiting to see the results but am definitely seeing some clearing of my face. Would love to come back to try other treatments but definitely did not enjoy the first 30 minutes of my arrival.

What's going on with this location? They never answer and it goes to Verizon's wireless voice…read moremessage. In the past, they provided great skincare service. Their other location can't provide any info including who the licensed MD is. Impossible to make an appointment.

Vickie recommended the Thermage eye treatment, which sounded promising. I was initially nervous about whether the procedure would be too painful or intense, but Ann made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything beforehand, carefully adjusted the settings to a level I was comfortable with, and made the entire experience very pleasant. Right after the treatment, I felt some warmth and a slight tightening sensation. First, the phone call to make the appointment was easy. They were polite and efficient both with booking the initial consult and with rescheduling when I needed. However, once I got to the actual appointment, I didn't enjoy their service. I arrived for my appointment at 2pm, and at the front desk was a security officer instead of a receptionist. He seemed confused by my presence and told me that everyone was out to lunch. I was confused and he told me to talk to one of the nurses, but she looked annoyed at me and told me to keep waiting in the lobby -- when I asked if they were on their lunch, she said no and to be patient. Finally, I was seen by the consultant. The consultant was very no-nonsense and didn't seem to have the patience to answer my questions. When I asked her about my concerns re: skin fat burning, she would brush them off by saying "Well, just use a different laser then". Okay, but...she didn't answer my questions or really explain the pros and cons of each laser? Ultimately, I will choose a different location. There are other places with similar pricing where you will feel valued and treated like a patient.
