When going here, just know that the entrance is through the back at the white gate! The front doors (street side) will be locked. The interior is dark (could also be that it was a gloomy day) and quiet, but Cindy plays relaxing music as soon as your appointment starts. She offers water upon entry. After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back. Cindy walked me in through the back door and the table was comfy. I told her to do what she felt was best for me, addressing my 50+ year old skin which is in decent condition, not pimply, but has many fine lines. The previous appointment I had was a chemical peel right before I left for my summer trip to Hawaii and let me tell you, my skin was glowing. This is the most recent time back and I opted for the signature facial because my skin is doing way better then it ever was before.
