When going here, just know that the entrance is through the back at the white gate! The front doors (street side) will be locked. The interior is dark (could also be that it was a gloomy day) and quiet, but Cindy plays relaxing music as soon as your appointment starts. She offers water upon entry. After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. The previous appointment I had was a chemical peel right before I left for my summer trip to Hawaii and let me tell you, my skin was glowing. Cindy walked me in through the back door and the table was comfy.
