The woman at the front desk who was very unapproachable with a bunch of facial piercings was the reason I could not return to the shop. I called in a panic because I was not given a heads up. They just told me they would walk me through the aftercare process. I have several tattoos from this artist and it was very unfair because of one person that I was denied to retouch. Her opinion will hurt her business & her coworkers. I worked in the Beauty business for nearly 30 years. This is not how any client should be treated.

It was only about a 15 minute wait, because I was a walk-in and Dane was finishing up a tattoo. My piercing was done briefly, and Dane gave me all of the after care information that I needed. It was a plus that he was very nice also. The establishment is very clean, and since it's winter they had this space heater that felt SO good. While checking out I looked at the artwork for Ash Munn and decided to come back for a small tattoo to see how we could collaborate for a big piece I have wanted for a long time. She captured all of the themes/elements/textures I wanted and wrapped them into a beautiful piece of artwork!
