The only place to go in Rome. Wes is the very best at what he does. I love all the artist there both tattoo and piercing.

Wes is the only artist any one in the area should use. People always claim their tattoo artist is the best. I have several and had different tattooers (I won't call them artists because they weren't) and none come close to Wes. First, the man is adamant about details and getting it right. Second, he doesn't rush. Third, he offers you different size options and doesn't give you the "well, if it's any smaller it's gonna look....and over the years it'll....." Wes doesn't push a big tattoo simply to get more money. He's easy going, GREAT sense of humor and an amazing conversationalist (with lots of tattoo shop stories!!! ) and he's so accommodating. I have bad back & neck problems and told him before hand and he asked me many times if I was ok. Also, my Momma died a week before my tattoo appt (which was booked months in advance) and my tattoo was in remembrance of her and my Grandma. To say the result is breathtaking is an understatement. Every person that's seen it says "oh my God! That is amazing!" The blue jay looks so damn real it's insane! The roses (my Moms middle name) are simply gorgeous. My husband and I had a great time. if I could give them 0 stars I would. we called to go do the promotional 'Friday the 13th' tattoos. We we're very excited but figured it would be busy so we decided to call before driving 30 minutes one way across town to make sure they could accommodate us. we were told that as long as we were on the list before 7pm, it would be no worries and they would have plenty of time to tattoo our group. so we rushed and arrived around 6:05. but we were stopped at the door by a very rude lady who refused to let us in and said that they were full. They did not offer any sort of later compensation or discount, did not try to accommodate for the fact that they specifically said we could come, and they were not concerned with customer satisfaction in any way. I understand that things happen, but it is not acceptable to make promises to clients that cannot be kept and offer no help or compensation to try to fix the problem they created. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Wes, and Eternal Expressions. My wife, and I have sat with Wes twice now; once at the Baltimore Tattoo Convention, and most recently we traveled to Rome, GA to visit the shop. Wes, and the entire Eternal Expressions crew, are friendly, and helpful. My wife, and I both have a lot more pieces planned, and if I have my way, Wes will be the only artist to put a needle to my skin until all my pieces are complete!
