Instructions for care are given in a pamphlet to take home and emailed to you...very thorough! Overall a great experience...highly recommend!

Why say you take walk-ins when you clearly can't handle walk-ins? There was zero communication from the two front desk workers. When we arrived they never said "we only have one piercer and there's 9 groups in front of you so please know it may take awhile". Even TGIFridays knows how to do that. We have now made an appointment at a parlor in Woodstock GA that takes appointments so my daughter won't be disappointed like this again. If you want to wait on an uncomfortable wooden bench for 3hrs with no updates throughout, go for it, but i won't be coming back.

One stipulation I had while on the hunt for this place was that I only wanted a female piercing tech. So I called Virtue & Vice telling them what I was looking for and asking if they would be able to accomodate. They were so helpful and patient! I asked a bunch of questions that were quickly answered and the gentleman that I spoke to even gave me the names of the female techs along with their availability. That call sealed the deal for me! While in the area one day I decided to pop into Virtue & Vice and finally tackle this task. HU: the parking lot is quite tight as the plaza is a small one. I didn't have an issue finding a spot but I can only imagine how it would be on a crazy day. The shop was bright and airy, and I was greeted so warmly upon entry by two young ladies at the front counter. I let them know what I was looking for and was told it'd be a 15 minute wait, easy peazy. After a few minutes one of the young ladies approached me asking if I'd accept a male tech assisting me so that I'd get in/out sooner. I declined and appreciated that they didn't push or question my decision to wait. Minutes later my technician Lena came and got me. She was such a sweetheart! She has the same name as one of my favorite people and Yelp CM so I knew she had good energy. When I tell you all that I tried removing the piercing myself about 4x? Why did Ms. Lena get it out (without pain!) within TWO minutes? It may not have even been two minutes. I coughed and boom, removed. I can't believe that I put it off for so long! Definitely returning for some new ink in the future.

OMG - I went to Olde School scared ****** , so its a place that took walk ins, im immediately greeted with loud music and people with awesome energies. A girl at the counter was uber nice,asked how can she help. i showed her a pic of what i wanted. She said 2 people available. i ended up with Paul. He sketched my design, awesomel!!!! told him this was my 1st tattoo, he siad it wont hurt too bad, and i wont either ..... im not heavy handed. I have not only gotten one or two or three but four tattoos by Paul at Olde School Tatoo. I was recommended by my best friend who has had a ton of work done there. Since then I have referenced at least ten people there and I am always bragging about the work, the cleanliness, the awesome relations they keep with their customers that they treat like family, and their exceptional customer service. Although I am always willing to pay a higher price for quality work, I don't do that here. The prices are very fair. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun. Not only have I had tatoo work but over 15 piercings that I am beyond happy about. I will always recommend this place. I love Paul and Paula! Keep up the hard work y'all are doing great! Got my industrial pierced here at Old School and i love it!!! I have known Jeremy, their main piercer for 10+ years now and he is amazing! Very thorough about aftercare instructions and takes away the jitters if you are nervous about getting something done. The shop is very clean and just has a good feel to it! Everyone there is friendly and willing to answer any question you throw at them. I am planning on going back here in a few months to get some tattoo work! I went to Olde school having 3 tats already so i decided to try a new artist -Paul Major, and area so I live in Roswell so i tried shops in Marietta, i goggled this one see the work online and i decided to give it a try and that was the best decision every Im coming back for additional work. unlike my previous artist experience he was cool as hell, nothing else to really say but if you want good service and talent rock with olde school tattoos, yea if you had a bad experience you didnt go to the olde school on canton sorry to disappoint cause the effing rock!!! read more

I've been tattooed by 13 different artists in 8 different shops in 4 different states and finally found my home at Olde School! The shop its self is very beautiful and comforting. Super clean and well lit. There's always someone to welcome you and answer any questions you have. With the artist variety here they all make a perfect team! Very well rounded... some artists even do amazing graphic design, airbrushing and other forms of art. Very reasonable prices and well worth every dollar! Six of my friends and I were looking to get piercings yesterday (four lobes, two helixes, and one navel). We called beforehand to make sure they could take all of us, and they took us without appointments. Jeremy did the pierces for us, and he did a great job. Everyone was more than satisfied and had a wonderful time. All of us could not imagine having a better experience anywhere else. Jeremy has done several of my ear piercings and every time i am amazed at how painless and effortless the piercing is. I have such a low pain tolerance that I find it hard to man-up and get it done. However, Jeremy makes the experience so enjoyable by talking to me and calming me down. I recently just got my 3rd lobe piercings and my mom was so doubtful of it. She felt very reassured when Jeremy talked to her and was much more comfortable with me getting it. We were in and out in less then 20 minutes! I would HIGHLY recommend. read more

I was in Georgia for a wedding last summer and went to Olde School for a tattoo. Being a manager in the medical field and dealing with blood on a daily basis, I am very aware of OSHA standards. I was more comfortable in Olde School Tattoo than in most hospitals or doctors offices. The physical plant is very clean, neat and organized. Professional, yet comfortable. The staff was amazing! Danny did my tattoo and is a very talented young man. I just wish I lived closer so I could frequent this establishment more often! read more

Well at least I'm not the only one to get screwed by paul. I paid a handsome fee for a "custom dragon" tattoo that Paul said he would draw for me. "Won't be anything else like it out there". Right. I found my same dragon on Google images. I guess by custom he meant "I'll add some spikes on the tail and make the claws look like they came off a fairy dragon". Look at both pictures and you can see. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hack. There are plenty of other quality places in the area. read more

I was trying to find a tattoo-piercing shop that did walk-ins and I saw the great reviews Old School tattoo had on yelp. I decided to try them out and call the shop. The man I spoke to was very cool and extremely nice. I showed up late due to traffic and he still accommodated me. I got a belly-button piercing and the pain level was extremely low. It felt like a pinch;however I do have a high pain tolerance. Great shop and great people...definitely coming back for more piercings. read more

The people at Olde School are awesome! They aren't your typical tattoo artist with a huge ego and a rude attitude. They were able to explain to me everything I needed to know about my piercing, and their cleanliness, which is superb I might add. Paul has done both of my tattoos and at this point, I don't think I could let another person ink my skin. His work is fast and precise. On my second one i let him take the idea and come up with a design rather than hand him a picture and what he came up was more than I even thought to hope for. I had a tattoo appointment with Omen and he was super rude and condescending to me. He shamed me…read morefor feeling uncomfortable and refused to refund my deposit for my appointment even though he failed to show up. This whole experience was so drawn out and stressful and I've never felt more like a paycheck than a person in my life. First, he emailed me a date for my appointment and I immediately responded yes to it. He emailed back days later that date was now taken. He offered another date. I took that one immediately also. I drove three hours for my appointment. Once I get there another artist tells me that he emailed me and I check and see that he has cancelled my appointment an hour before. That wasn't the issue. It was how he handled it. I get things happen so I responded to his email offering a reschedule for the very next day saying that worked for me. I coordinate getting that day off of work as well but then I never hear back about a time or confirming the appointment. I email him three times and get zero response. He doesn't tell me he's working on it or that he got my email. I then just email back the morning of my supposed rescheduled appointment that I'm going in to work that day since he hasn't responded. He emails me back a reason for his slow response. I tell him it's fine I just want to cancel. This has been a hassle and at this point I've already tried to clear my work schedule three times for this tattoo. He then tried to be flexible with his schedule but I was already stressed and uncomfortable. I also just doubted we could get another appointment worked out because of how all of the previous ones went. I tell him that and he tells me he doesn't do refunds and that I agreed to it. Which is true but I agreed to that day and time that he did not keep and who wouldn't give a refund after treating someone this way? Even if the situation for canceling is out of his control he should still have some responsibility for how his actions have affected me. After I told him how I felt he told me I could come in "if I could be civil". Which is so rude because I had been nothing but understanding until he became so cruel towards me. He wanted me to be so patient and understanding with him and his situation but when I voiced how stressed and anxious this made me feel he had no empathy. He really does not care about people at all. So I guess I paid $50 to write this review. *would also like to add that the owner responded saying cancelling an hour before an appointment is plenty of notice and that I had requested a rescheduled date for the artist that didn't work even though he had offered that date to me first and then just not responded. Is no one going to admit they messed up and stop blaming me for their problems? Come on. I am done trying to schedule with these people. Three times in plenty enough. A fourth would be ridiculous.

I was terrified at first and so was my mom but once Gloria got started, our worries went away. I am attaching pics of our results. Just a couple of days ago I had my eyebrows microbladed. I feel she did a great job picking the color and she shaped my brows perfectly to match the original shape. I am attaching the results of that as well. Sadly, my experience with Karisma Beaute Effect has gone downhill each time I returned. While their bio promises "effortless beauty" and "flawless results," the reality was far from it for me. After my first appointment for Ombre Powder Brows, I was initially happy -- but when I came back for a touch-up, the service felt incredibly rushed. The technician barely consulted with me, and the results looked uneven. I brought up my concerns, but they were brushed off as "normal healing." Spoiler: it wasn't. I also tried their needleless lip filler service later, thinking maybe it was just a one-off bad day. Big mistake. The lip plumping results were inconsistent -- one side of my lips looked fuller than the other, and when I asked about it, I was told to "wait a few weeks" for it to settle. Weeks later, the imbalance was still there. Whatever was in it broke my lips out bad, I developed cold sores too I don't know if they properly disinfect their material. Overall, the quality, care, and attention to detail just aren't consistent if you're planning to be a loyal client. They seem more focused on cycling through new customers than building real, lasting relationships with the ones they already have. I wish I hadn't wasted so much money trying to "give them another chance." There are too many better, more professional places out there -- don't make the same mistake I did!
