I just want people to know that Erin was great but I wasn't offered a touch up or a partial refund. I wasn't told it's common for the hand to fade. The woman at the front desk who was very unapproachable with a bunch of facial piercings was the reason I could not return to the shop. I called in a panic because I was not given a heads up. They just told me they would walk me through the aftercare process. I have several tattoos from this artist and it was very unfair because of one person that I was denied to retouch. TLDR: beyond clean, efficient, informative and great staff! Would highly recommend and will absolutely be back! I've never felt the need to immediately leave a review, but today that changes! I wanted to visit a shop that was part of the APP which Queen Bee is! The special they were doing for Valentine's Day sealed the deal for me! I was a walk-in for a nostril piercing and was through the whole process within 45 minutes! The front desk staff were very educated, supportive and had great customer service auras! There's a great selection of jewelry available at different price points which was awesome to see. The staff member that went over the aftercare instructions was thorough, but went over it in a way I understood and felt comfortable. Eric did my piercing and was delightful! The entire process was sterile, which Eric showed me and explained so well, and the piercing itself was quick and less painful than I anticipated! This place is great! I came for a nose piercing about a month ago. The establishment is very clean and the staff is very professional. I asked like 1000 questions and Meg was super patient with me. They have a nice jewelry selection in the front so you have plenty of options. The piercing experience itself was very quick and seamless. They also provided guidance on after care. A month in my nose piercing is healing nicely. I've had 0 complications. No swelling, no irritation, nada. The only slight negative about this place is the decorations in the piercing room. It's weird to see death imagery while getting pierced. Felt a little Sweeney Todd-y. *shrugs* If ever decide to get another piercing I'd revisit this place. read more

The tattoo artist was probably the biggest douche i've ever met. Practically rolled his eyes and had the worst attitude ever as if we were wasting his time. I don't know if it's because we were young girls, but my friend and i both left before doing our paperwork because we didn't want our money going towards his giant ego. Today was my first experience with any tattoo/piercing studio. I am glad to say it was with Queen Bee Studio. I was pleased to find that they first asked if I had eaten as instructed and had not used any intoxicating substances. After filling out the necessary paperwork and signing the release form I was free to pick out the jewelry I wanted from a wide selection. There was a short wait before the piercer was ready as she was waiting for the sterilization procedure to finish. The procedure to pierce my ear was quick and done very professionally. I've gotten 2 piercings here & have been pleased with both. You must make an appointment & come alone since Covid. It's super easy to make an appointment online. Prices are reasonable & they have a range of jewelry from basic to expensive. The piercers here are APP members, which is a safe piercer accreditation--or something like that! :) Make sure to eat a meal within 4 hours & no booze prior to your new piercing. If you need friendly warm and fuzzy to be satisfied with an establishment, this place is not for you. It would be nice if people were more personable, but if I had to choose between warm and fuzzy and professionalism....I pick the latter. Nobody smiles and you feel rushed. I do not have any experience with the tattooing part of this parlor, so this review is strictly for the piercing experience I had. I noticed that something was wrong with my helix piercing I got in 2016 and decided to have a professional take a look at it. While I initially called my original piercer to see if they had availability, their studio was closed this week for a conference. The swelling on my piercing was pretty bad though, so I decided to look for a local piercer that might be able to help. Luckily, I found Eric! (Who is in a much closer, more convenient location anyways, so it really worked out for the best.) Eric was very patient and kind during the whole experience. He listened to my concerns and answered all questions I had in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He advised me on what to do about my helix problem and ended up replacing my old piercing with a new one with a longer post. I plan on returning to the studio in about two weeks for a checkup. Other than my experience with Eric, I also enjoyed the selection of jewelry available for sale and the interior of the studio was beautiful. They are a 100% disposable studio, so you know you are receiving service in a sterile environment. I highly recommend this parlor for piercings and particularly enjoyed working with Eric. I plan to return here for future piercings and would encourage everyone else to do the same. read more

Have been to Queen Bee multiple times, once a walk in for a tattoo, and I've gotten a few piercings here as well. I come from an area in the PNW with a LOT of APP certified piercing shops. However here in Georgia they're few and far between. APP is the only regulatory board for body modification. They take hygiene and knowledge about what is being done to your body very seriously, and only sell implant grade jewelry, as well as sanitize all utensils right before you enter the room. I have been pierced by Eric and Bethra, both are amazing at their jobs. I fully endorse this shop, so much so I drive 45 minutes just for a simple jewelry change as I trust them more than I trust myself with my piercings. read more
