My wife's wedding ring had developed some nicks and cracks over the past decade and some change. We had taken it to several jewelers, all of whom said fixing it wasn't possible. When I came here, they had the same diagnosis as everybody else but a much different prognosis. Rob, one of the master jewelers, was excited at the chance to fix the ring up. He and Kathy explained to me everything that they would need to do and gave me a walking-out-the-door cost; no surprises. When I got the ring back a few weeks later, it was a piece of art. Really. The detail and love Rob had put into it was clear, as was his well-earned pride in his craftsmanship. The ring look even better than it did when it was first made almost twenty years ago. This is a place that puts love into their pieces, listens to their customers, educates their customers (I can't say how much I appreciate their explanations), and does excellent work. They went on to give me some tips about cleaning the ring, and they boxed it up very beautifully. This place is a great secret that I hope more people learn about. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was looking for some David Yurman items and noticed that this location comes up in an Apples Maps…read moresearch. I called the place and they told me that they were a David Yurman Boutique and that they keep more inventory than the David Yurman store in Buckhead. I visited the location shortly after to find that they do carry a lot of David Yurman inventory. However, they did not have the specific item I was looking for. They told me that the David Yurman store in Buckhead only carries items for men...well I knew that was not accurate as I have been shopping at the Buckhead location for 15 years. They also told me that they could check the Buckhead location for inventory. I thought that was odd and opted to go to the Buckhead location anyway. Once an associate came to help me, I had what I wanted in less than 60 seconds. I will try Brown & Company again as it is a large store. I think it helps to know what you are looking for and all your options when shopping anywhere.

She was friendly, professional and took time to review my jewelry documentation and carefully inspect my jewelry while completed a short form She clearly explained the appraisal process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. As a nice touch, Nisha also offered to clean my ring after the inspection. I received my appraisal via email withing the promised 7-10 business days. When I saw that they already had 5 stars it really piqued my interest. Going to their establishment, now I understand why. When I first called, I received a male (I think it may have been Mr. Harris himself) on the line. He was courteous, professional and seemed genuinely excited about me choosing his establishment to get my ring resized. I arrived a couple of days later to Bradley's. The place was clean, quaint and had a assortment of beautiful handmade jewelry for sale. The reception that I received from Monique was great! She was friendly, personable and had a strong love for jewelry which made me feel like I was in the right spot. The only snafu that I had was the first time I got my ring sized, it was a little too big. I called Bradley and the associate (I think it was Monique- forgive me I can't remember) apologize and invited me to bring it back so the could fix it. I brought it back and they sized it the same day at no charge. Not mention that they cleaned my ring and made it super shiny! They gave absolutely amazing customer service! It doesn't hurt that he's an actual goldsmith so you don't have to worry about it getting sent off and waiting on a long time to receive it or having someone mess up your precious ring.
