Ashley is AMAZING!! I had my first lip injection done this past week and I have found my home for spa needs. Its a 40 minute drive from my house but its so worth it. I went in for filler around my mouth. I didn't feel that I needed anything else. I didn't want anything else. What I got was filler around my cheeks and a little around my mouth. I feel I spent a lot of money and got very little return for what I wanted and clearly communicated. I let the owner know I was unhappy and she explained that is how the company (who makes the fillers they use) trains them to do it. Which is fine if you know in advance, but I did not. I was offered a $50 off coupon to come back for more filler. No thanks. I will try another place next time. read more

I went to the Eternity Medical Spa because I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for $139 for Forehead Botox. The office building was old and cheaply maintained. the office itself was clean but the marketing was obviously not professionally done and consisted of mainly pictures cut out and taped to poster-board. Inside the main office it was like walking into the local flea market. There were displays of knock off designer bags, jewelry, makeup and a whole table of potions and lotions. The staff was friendly but very casual - most dressed in jeans. No lab coats, no name badges. It did not feel like a medical professionals office. I was taken to the treatment room that also seemed to be older but well maintained. Jennifer (the nurse?) was in a lab coat. She had me fill out a some paperwork including an acknowledgment of aftercare instructions (which I was never given). Jennifer and the office associate whispered in the hall about my treatment. I overheard the office associate say that she should treat me as she saw fit but not to exceed a certain amount. After looking at me, Jennifer said that she was going to give me 8 units of Botox. Unlike in my previous experiences in other offices my forehead was not marked nor was the area injected charted on a chart. In filling out my paperwork I expressed interest in services such as laser hair removal, acne maintenance and anti aging services. I was not spoken to about any of these items (hello - future business!!!). I was led out to the office's reception area where the staff didn't seem to know what to do with me. They said to let them know if I needed anything else, so I left. Overall I was not very impressed with this office. It did not have the professionalism of a medical office nor did it have the luxury feel of a spa. In addition, Jennifer had told me that Botox was $10.50 per unit. That would mean that the injections I received would have been $84 had I walked in off the street. I paid $139 for the Living Social voucher. Not the bargain I thought I had purchased. All in all I am waiting to see if I like the results of the Botox, but I don't think I will be going back to this office. read more

I tried Eternity Med Spa for the first time today and was extremely impressed. The staff was so friendly and my nurse so knowledgeable. I had a Botox treatment -- and while it takes about an week to ten days to see results, I noticed them immediately! I felt extremely comfortable and there was zero pressure. This place is WONDERFUL! All of the girls are so nice and welcoming! I have done cool sculpting recently and the results are AMAZING! Michelle is so sweet and really explained the process to me and also took the time to really discuss what other things I can do to overall benefit my health. This is absolutely to avoid ! people are NOT professionals, I had to fill some forms, but I did not have a chair to sit on ! And the big surprise was at the end : I asked several times how much I would have to pay, nobody answered me ! but when I came back to the front office, I was asked to may 2,500.00 $ !!! I was shocked ! How can they do that ? this is just a shame ! and, she said that she gave to me a discount of 400 $ !!! How fortunate was I !!! I will NOT recommend that Spa, not at all. I've been to Eternity a few times for various "upgrades" to my face and have found both the owner, Michelle, and Angela (Angie) so informative, caring, knowledgeable. They have some cutting-edge equipment and definitely know how to use it. Typically this is a place for women, I get it, but guys like me also want look as youthful and healthy as we can. I would never go here again! The staff were so loud I could not relax during my facial. They gossiped about each other, which I thought was completely unprofessional. The towels for my facial were rough and bleach stained. The equipment being used was not disinfected between clients. I broke out terribly after my facial. They sold me some skin wash for oily skin, and it literally stripped my skin. They had their label slapped on the wash, come to find out it is manufactured by a different company! They just peeled the company's label off and put theirs on! What??!!! Never, never, never!! I did not feel like they cared about their clients or their skin! If they did, they would have cared enough to disinfect equipment, have suitable towels, subscribe the appropriate skin care and not be selling clothing and jewelry everywhere! I have been coming to the business for over 3 years. I had my share of different places that I've tried and really fell in love with this one. The workers were very educated and friendly, unlike other spas I've been at. It was a great relaxing atmophere and every treatment I have recieved is fabulous and the end results are even better. I went in for a microderm abrasion and chemical peel service I had pre purchased. Within a few hours of leaving the spa my face became extremely blotchy. By early that evening my face looked like I had been burned and drug across the concrete. The next two days were spent in bed on pain killers and I had to keep antibacterial ointment on my face. It was the most painful experience I can remember having in my life. Applying the ointment, as often as I needed it, was also extremely painful. When I went back into the spa a week later, I was told that the marks on my face would disappear and was offered 'free' laser treaments to help the healing. Of the two laser services I received, the second was extremely brief. Both of these 'free' services were nothing more than an opportunity for a sales pitch to purchase more products to help my skin heal. So lets review, I was expected to purchase products to return my skin back to the condition it was BEFORE the service I had purchased that scarred my skin. Then when I did express an interest in some eye creme, I was offered free samples by the owner that the receptionist promptly took back as soon as the owner turned her back, in exchange for an extremely small bottle of creme (not much bigger than the samples I was offered) and it was sold to me 'at a discounted' price of $64.00. Two months later my face still has the dark marks from the scarring, despite the owner repeatedly telling me they would EVENTUALLY go away AND that she could barely see them! However, I was offered a discount on future laser services that would speed up the disappearance of the marks, the 'discounted price' is $100.00 per treatment! read more
