I went in for a tiny tattoo (a Prince symbol) 2 months ago, and although the tattoo was beautiful and well done, the symbol was placed the wrong way, which, in my opinion, is my fault for not making sure it was correct, especially since I, and not Megan, was the one familiar with the symbol. Even though I approved the tattoo when Megan placed it on my skin, she still felt responsible for putting it on incorrectly and offered to correct it. She immediately did some type of tattoo removal process. I returned a month later for her to check the status of the lightening process. To be completely honest with you, the tattoo was still 100% visible, but she was pleased with the results and said to let the process finish and we'd re-do/cover the tattoo in another four weeks. I went in today, and again, the symbol tattoo is still very visible to me, but we proceeded with the cover up tattoo. It's a beautiful tattoo. I can still vaguely see the original tattoo, but I love it. The bottom line is that Megan is a great artist, manager, and person. I would say I don't think the tattoo removal/lightening system works very well, so just double check that everything is correct when it's placed and you'll have a beautiful tattoo (btw, the same day I had the symbol done, Megan did a beautiful silhoutte of a cat for me, which I ADORE! read more

This place is terrific. Not only is everyone really nice, all of the injectors are really honest about what you need. They're not trying to oversell, they're not trying to over inject. Jenna is my injector and I love her. She's very honest about what she thinks I need and on top of that, she always remembers things about my life and my career and let me know when they have sales. I go somewhere else for my fillers, but I will never go anywhere else for my Botox. read more

The receptionist, Pearline, is extremely friendly and easy to schedule appointments with. This place is super busy, I'm talking like you have to schedule appointments sometimes a month or two out! So if you say that you heard of their company through their website, they will give you $100 off your first procedure. I went in for a permanent eyeliner appointment, upper and lower. I went to see Cheryl. I went in with my daily makeup on to show her how I like it. Cheryl actually provided some suggestions on what would look better (Apparently I have been drawing my eyeliner too short and this makes your eyes look smaller). So she recommended that I extend my eyeliner. The process overall was painless as they put on topical numbing solution and the procedure took almost 1.5-2 hours. Pearline will give you a small case of antibacterial cream to put on for a few days. What to expect (different for everyone): My eyes started swelling really badly after 2 hours and I took a pain reliever to get the swelling to reduce. My eyes also started tearing like crazy and I could hardly keep my eyes open. I decided to call it an early night. Second day, swelling and minimal tearing. Third day, minimal swelling, no tearing. During the first week, the ink started peeling and the heaviness faded. By week 1, there was no more swelling but the ink was much lighter than the first day. You are allowed one free follow up appointment that must be completed a few months after your initial appointment (I want to say 4-6 months?? I can't remember) I plan on going back in for my follow up in a two months and asking for it to be thicker and darker. I am already pretty happy with my first appointment and would highly recommend this place anyone seeking permanent make up options. Because I liked it so much, I will definitely want to consider doing my eyebrows once I save up some more money.. read more

Her facials are excellent, good choice of products and skilled esthetician. She has also waxed and shaped my eyebrows and tinted my eyelashes, and waxed my legs. Had my upper and lower eyeliner done here today by Angela and she was so amazing! Virtually painless procedure and she made me feel very comfortable. I can tell she is very thorough in her work. I will likely ask for my upper eyeliner to be made slightly thicker during the touchup appointment which she mentioned before I left that we could do (has to be done in phases, plus I was already starting to slightly swell). First impression is the friendly, helpful receptionist whose name I'm sorry I can't remember. I had my eyebrows microbladed and my eye liner top and bottom tattooed. Cheri was not only professional but a real artist in her work. I couldn't be more delighted with the outcome. I don't like to give negative reviews but I feel this needs to be said because so many women are getting microblading done. I went here to get my eyebrows done last year and they turned out awful. I consider customer satisfaction a high priority and she did not seem to care that I left unhappy after the first procedure and I was still not happy after the touch up. I went to a different salon recently to see if they could be fixed because I was tired of using eye pencil again and the lady at the new place mapped out my eyebrows and showed me with her markings how out of whack the first placement was. I was so grateful she could fix them. She told I was the second person that came to her for a fix after having them done at this place. The reason for this review is to warn others to make sure the artist knows what they are doing. This can happen at any salon and Angela did not do any measurements before, during or after and not knowing any better I trusted her judgment. On a positive note it's a very nice salon and the receptionist is great - it just didn't work out well for me. I learned an expensive lesson but my happy ending is the fact that I went somewhere else and I ended up with beautiful brows from a highly skilled professional that actually cared about how I looked and felt! read more
