Through more than 2.5 years of focused self home care, I successfully cleared approximately 99% of my melasma using a simple daily regimen centered on Vanicream products. The results came entirely from my self home treatment -- NOT from this facility. A. For Professionals: If a client discloses that they have sensitive skin, I strongly recommend implementing a 72-hour patch test followed by a 5-day monitoring period as a standard precautionary step. I was assured a manager would call me the following day. No one called. Over the next several days, I made multiple phone calls and was repeatedly told someone would get back to me. Again, no one did. When I went back to the business simply to retrieve my gift card, I was told they didn't have it. The conversation then escalated to the point where my husband and I were told to leave or the police would be called. I reached out to the owner directly by email and never received a response. I have since filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General because I was unable to resolve the matter with the business. Everyone can make a mistake, but what disappointed me most was the complete lack of communication and customer service.
