Then we met Nikki--and any concerns we had immediately disappeared. Nikki is truly a breath of fresh air. She brought a fresh perspective into our home and approached each project as if it were her own. From in-home visits and stunning room renderings with thoughtful product selections, to placing orders and managing every detail through completion, her level of care and professionalism is exceptional. She kept us informed with regular delivery updates and was even onsite during delivery to assist with placement, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Nikki did such an outstanding job that we also furnished my mother's home. She even offered creative renovation ideas for the kitchen, including opening up the bar area--an idea we've since implemented, and the results look fantastic. I don't know even where to start with this company as a corporate entity. I do not blame the design center. I bought a complete handmade bedroom set, six door dresser, two nightstands and a queen made out of white oak. Which was delivered by the party delivery dtivers, they damaged the dresser which cost $3000. They tried to fix it with a furniture marker. The dresser was eventually remade and re-shipped. It's September 2025. I bought a Complete furniture set for my downstairs condo after my partner committed suicide. The designer knew the reason I was buying this furniture because this was supposed to be our home together. The furniture was made perfectly originally the couch was delivered and damaged by a third-party delivery system. I was not given an option for replacement. I was only told that it could be repaired. Which would take well over a month plus. They provided me with a replacement loaner couch for the time being. When the fixed original sofa was re-delivered the nail heads were off Center uneven and there was a piece of metal sticking out the side of the sofa. Which could've injured one of my nieces or one of my dogs. The couch was refused to set back. Today after two months, I received a freshly built sofa that is not in 100% pristine condition like the one I was originally made and delivered in December. This is a $3000 couch which I have already paid off and continue to pay on other items. I do not recommend buying furniture from them. Their corporate representative that contacted me today was rude offered no solution on the corporate entities behalf other than taking the sofa back and not making any sort of refund and or compensation for buying a couch in September 2025 it only sitting on it for less than a month. Their Craft has been shipped is mediocre at best. I do understand that these are hand built so they are not going to be perfect. But given the fact that this company has built my furniture three times and delivered it three times damaged. I do not recommend them at all. read more

Nikki was attentive without being pushy, she asked questions and made suggestions based on our design goals. She even came to our home as part of the consultation to measure and make sure our selections were the right size for our space. We've been purchasing furniture from this store for 12 years. Always an upscale and professional atmosphere. What we have found, is that of all the furniture we buy, and it's been a lot, we are happiest with the Ethan Allen quality and style. This week bought a new bed set for our house. Helped by Jill, our go to, found exactly what we needed. No pressure. We believe we're getting good value, because other furniture comes and goes, but the Ethan Allen stuff is still our favorite. They still have the traditional styles, but have added some very nice, more modern lines. Worth your while taking a look. read more

Our unfortunate Ethan Allen experience. We ordered several pieces of furniture for our new home on June 1, 2021 knowing the pandemic would delay delivery. We we're excited for our late February delivery. That was until Ethan Allen's delivery company showed up with only 1 incapable guy for our white glove delivery. He informed us that he was in a big hurry because it was his daughter's birthday. We were having a sofa, 3 living room chairs, a rug, and a dining room table delivered. He wasn't careful with our wood floors, scraped up our doorways, dropped our expensive cream colored rug in a mud puddle. (We denied delivery for the rug). The rug went MIA for 4 months. It was supposedly being cleaned. Finally it was going to be deliver! The delivery company informed me upon arrival they couldn't move my furniture to lay the rug down. I'm a 60+ year old woman! I moved the furniture and substained a back injury and now have an appointment with a spinal surgeon. The delivery guys did step in to help when they saw I was injured. Insult to injury. They delivered the original uncleaned rug! We had to deal with the horrible moldy odor in our new home for a month before Ethan Allen agreed to have the rug picked up and order a new rug. We requested a refund if this couldn't be delivered within 2 months. They assured us it was in stock and ready for delivery. It's now been another 4 months, no rug, no offer of compensation and lots of promises. We realize these are difficult times but we expected more from Ethan Allen. read more

Ethan Allen is much more than a retailer. They also design and build most of what they sell. This allows you to bring styles you can't find anywhere else, created with an uncompromised level of craftsmanship and at values that will constantly surprise you. I have had Ethan Allen furniture for years. They provide great pieces of "art" for your home. To be able to design your own furniture is fantastic. Plus they keep up with the latest trends. Plus their furniture is American Made in the South. The sales ladies at the Chandler location are so nice and knowledgeable. Tiffany James is a wonderful Design Specialist. Good Morning. I purchased several items from Ethan Allen, sofa , ottoman and wing Back Chair. The ottoman they delivered had a stain on the material..they actually delivered an item with a stain. I returned the ottoman. After one year the cushions on the sofa are sinking, the threads around the cushion are coming out. I reached out to Ethan Allen chandler store and they stated that some one will contact me. When they did contact me they requested that I send them a picture of the tag underneath the cushion. They wanted a copy of the Law Tag which they have a copy. I am disappointed in there response and poor quality of furniture they delivered. No time did I ever received an apology or they would rectify the issue. High quality furniture should not deteriorate within a year. I saved to make my home nice and warm. I am unable to recommend Ethan Allen. read more

The furniture I purchased here is crap. One of the pieces came with a broken leg, waited for it to be replaced. Then, one of the cabinet doors could not be closed ( whole cabinet warped), waited forever for that to be replaced. One of the glass shelves shattered in the middle of the night. The tabs holding it are still perfectly in place. That was on March 23. Here it is July 1 and I am still waiting for a call from service despite many calls. Over $7,000 spent on this crap. Save your money and shop elsewhere. read more

I think they are closing stores and having hard times. Expect your furniture to take forever. I think they cut the trees once they have your deposit in hand. My delivery date has changed over 4 times. I suppose if they go bankrupt before I get the order I am just out the dollars? So questioning our decision going with them. As you get closer to your delivery date you will call to see where it is at....to find it just got pushed out to another month. No one will proactively tell you this. You just have to wait and wait and maybe you'll get your furniture in 6 months? I may edit with actual wait time when we get it....but its about 6 mos now. read more

We just recently came to EA in search of a new kitchen table. We were greeted warmly by DJ who went above and beyond to answer our questions and offer advice. We ultimately did not purchase the table but were very pleased with the help we received. The show room is beautifully decorated. read more

From the time that I first contacted EA about the recliner repair, I have been waiting almost THREE months. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,!! It has now been 3 1/2 months that I have been waiting for the repair on my 2 1/2 year old $3k+ recliner. Supposedly, they will be out in two days. I can't wait to get the switch replaced so that I can donate the chair to charity. I have never before experienced such horrible customer service! My new recliner from La-Z-Boy is on the way. read more

I almost feel bad giving Ethan Allen a single star but it is well deserved. The furniture is super nice no doubt but for the money and the customer service no way. I paid full price for my bedroom furniture 6K and was so frustrated was the horrendous service. I am a young girl granted but I am convinced they thought I was broke just not a good experience and would NEVER go back too bad because they do have potential.... would probably do crate and barrel or pottery or a local place. read more

Always delivers! After a broken dresser from arhaus, stain issues with restoration hardware, a deflated couch from crate and barrel, i can tell you that Ethan Allen is as good as it gets. My family and i have lived hard on his furniture for over a decade, had at least 4 parties a year with over 50 people, and the filling on the couches still stand up to catch your fall, the beds ipholstered or non look brand new, the tables are as gorgeous as the first day you brought them in and I dont think i'll ever try to purchase from another place again. Bought a bedroom set from EA awhile back. Quality is great, but the service was poor. Armoir had a split on one of the doors, and it was a nightmare getting it replaced. Took 2 months before it was resolved. All in all we are satisfied with the furniture as it is beatiful and great quality, but wish it would have gone smoother. read more

We had a wonderful experience at Ethan Allen in Chandler. I had no idea where to start when we bought our empty vacation home. The designer was so helpful, she came out to the house and really helped pull together ideas. I know when you custom order furniture it takes a longer, however, it is worth it. Their furniture is well made but their return policy is poor. They would not let me return a dining room table. I called about a month or so after the delivery and continued to talk to the design consultant as well as the manager. No one made any attempt to help me negotiate any type of resolution. I offered to pay a restocking fee or the designers commission if that would help. I thought they might give me store credit, but no. The table is in perfect condition so I couldn't understand why they wouldn't take it back. I'm not so sure I'll shop there again. read more

My husband and I have been working with this Ethan Allen store since 2009 and we couldn't be happier with the product, the designers, and the experience. Working with our Ethan Allen designer, DJ, our home has been transformed. At this time, we are nearing the completion of our house, having furnished our living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, library and master bedroom exclusively with DJ and Ethan Allen, we have done and seen it all. A couple of times we've had to contact customer service (a lamp came out of the box crooked) and each time DJ and the store rushed to fix the problem and went above and beyond to guarantee our satisfaction. The customer service is top notch, the furniture is strong, durable and beautiful, and we would HIGHLY recommend Ethan Allen to anyone looking to furnish their home. And don't ignore their complimentary design service! DJ has come to our home numerous times to help us plan our spaces, to measure and ensure the plan works. I have come to trust her completely; honestly, there have been a couple pieces that were recommended to us that I wasn't initially crazy about, but I knew DJ had a design plan, I went with it, and it's incredible how everything comes together! read more
