Mor placed a order for a sectional that was discontinued. We were not going to get what we paid for. They gave us in-store credit which we were forced to use instead of a full refund. Now that we have this other sectional before the 12 months were up our guest got electrical shock from the recliner control because of a defaulted shorted switch box. Now they keep dragging it out to get the switch boxes replace going on 6 months! Not happy customers... We would prefer to just get our money back since we are not able to have a functional couch sectional that we wanted. read more

Customer Service is a nightmare. After only 2 years, every single cushion on the couch began sinking. I purchased replacements on 4/2 and was told they would be received within 6-8 weeks. On 5/30 it was discovered they waited 2 weeks after the payment to place the order which caused an additional EIGHT week delay for arrival. That's four months total. This was only admitted to after I provided dates and followed up multiple times. They finally managed to get the cushions in the warehouse in June, but had to wait an additional month for delivery on 7/7. Of course this was cancelled a few days ahead of time (shipping called me to let me know and said they would FedEx them out to me so customer service wouldn't make me wait another month for delivery). Despite delivery being cancelled, the customer service agent STILL sent out text and email of delivery reminder the day of. The tracking info included in the messages returned 'order not found ' which I sent to the CSA who said it was still being delivered and that the tracking info was just wrong. Of course, it was never delivered on that day and there was zero follow up. Overall, this is the most inefficient, disorganized and siloed company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. It seems there's no checks and balances and that the Departments don't talk to each other so nobody really knows what's going on and the consumer pays the price for that The worst part is there is no accountability and those customer service agents are still out there doing the same thing because they're not held accountable in any way shape or form read more

Brandon explained having great deals on top of offerering free delivery and set up which is, competitive as other furniture stores in the area, aren't offering this service. Huge plus! Furniture prices are competitive and actually better than others. I'm on the hunt for a nice couch in the near future, since I'm on the minimalist kick. They had a few selections that caught my eye. Beautiful furniture but beware. We ordered a sectional set that was customized because of the size of our living room. 1st issue was that when they scheduled delivery, they only delivered the corner piece. lol thankfully we held on to our older sofas because we almost gave them away in anticipation of the new set. Customer service said that it was not typical for the pieces to be delivered separately. Waited two more weeks for the other pieces to be delivered. Upon delivery, the pieces could not clip together because all the hardware was on the wrong side and my husband also noticed one of the dust covers on the bottom of the chaise was drooping. They sent out a technician 10 days later to fix the hardware and the dust cover. Two weeks later I'm on the floor playing with my puppy and I look and noticed that the dust cover is still drooping. I unlatch the chaise and then see the shoddy patchwork that was done when the technician came and the technician never even mentioned it would need to be replaced but instead acted like all was well. I'm highly disappointed in their customer service. Customer service said that their technician is a 3rd party but yet drive their van with their company brand so I'm guessing what kind of service is provided when you go to use the "warranty service" which I opted out of. The furniture is beautiful but all the in-between has really caused me to not fully enjoy Mor Furniture and their service. I've never had this experience when buying new furniture, this is our first time buying furniture from Mor furniture. For $4500+ you would think that the service would be better. Shortly after purchasing a bed from Mor in Casa Grande, my wife was experiencing multiple falls and significant pain in her hip and legs. With conversations with her PCP, PT, and Neurologist, it was determined that the bed was the cause of her problems. When we attempted to return the bed to the store for health and welfare reasons we were told that because we had the product beyond the 48 hours allowed, we had to call customer service. However, customer service told us that the return was up to the store. The store manager said no, I was told wrong. When I claimed that someone was lying, he became angry and began twisting everything that I said to the point where he claimed that he was going to report me for threatening him, and would not even consider a trade because he could not sell a used frame. Again, not true, as we were offered a used frame at the point of purchase. In short, this is not an honest reputable company. Stay away. read more

Bought a kitchen set about 14 months ago 3 of the chairs are crackn and out of adjustment. Called warranty took pics this is where it gets crazy. Warranty co called and declined the claim get this cause my intial claim call said i noticed damage about a month ago. Because i didn't report it with in 3 days of first seeing damage they declined the claim based on more damage could of been sustained cause it didn't report it immediately. We purchased a set of couches from Mor Furniture in Gilbert, AZ. The sales gentleman was great no complaints there at all. We purchased the Sofia 3 power sofa and love seat for $5000.00 in the 800 brown. We received the furniture a few days later in July. Less than a month after owning the couches we noticed the lumbar portions of the seat were incredibly uncomfortable and the couch was starting to slouch on the lumbar pillows and the back of one of the seats. We contacted Mor and they sent over a service man who said that it was normal wear and tear. I am sorry but less than a month after owning the couches there is "normal wear and tear", I think not. He said he would have customer service give us a call. We waited for a few weeks and nothing. My husband called and spoke with a customer service woman who said she would work on getting it resolved and would contact him back. She never did so he went down to the store to talk with the gentleman who sold us the set, I believe this was around October or November. He also looked at the set in the show room to see if it was "wearing" the same way and nope it was as comfortable as can be. The gentleman said he would get working on getting a replacement, contacting the necessary people to get this resolved. Here we are in March and still we don't have the replacement pieces. I started calling weekly at the end of November and while I know he is trying we are making absolutely no headway. They sent out a service person again, this was to verify who knows what I don't know. He told the warehouse manager that there was already an approval to replace the backs of the couch then left. I waited another week and didn't hear anything so I called the store again. I was told the replacement was approved and we will hear from the warehouse soon. Another week goes by and I didn't hear anything, I called back and told the same thing. I don't hold the gentleman that sold us the furniture responsible but man this is getting old. I have called for 3 weeks now after being told we would get the replacement and still nothing. Here we are 8 months into things, still paying for the furniture but it being faulty. This is beyond frustrating. We used to recommend Mor to everyone, at this point I would stay clear!!!!! It is really unfortunate, I have waited to do this in hopes that this would be rectified but it has gone on too long. Very disappointing because we purchased a couch from them 18 years ago and it is still in use. We expected more from them and it is sad that they did not deliver this time. The prices really aren't that competitive so if you fall in love with some thing at this store and you want to save money, you'll have to shop around. The delivery experience was terrible. It turns out they subcontract a delivery to a third-party. The delivery is sold as a percent of the purchase price and as advertised as a High-end white glove service. Unfortunately, the third-party company was never told this, so they just did the bare minimum and didn't necessarily provide a white glove experience where they had to remove all the small little pieces of packing material that may have been left over on the furniture. When I called the guy out on it, he said it's not his job to do that, he also mentioned that they were late. The implication is that that was somehow my problem and then I needed to release him from the white glove experience so that he could move on a little quicker. Since the delivery is a percent of the purchase price and I had purchased about $10,000 worth of furniture from the store, you could imagine I ended up paying a pretty hefty price for this supposed white glove delivery experience where all I got was eye rolls and attitude. It seems like there's a big disconnect between the delivery people and the way the products and services are sold. I probably won't purchase from this chain again. read more

I purchased there so called protection plan thinking they would give me my moneys worth. i am not even a year and a half in on owning this sectional and having to submit a claim. Currently while sitting on this sofa i can feel wood puncturing my back. as well as the fabric it has created little balls.They are claiming that they will not fix my section because it is considered normal wear and tear. Sorry to say it but DONT BUY FROM HERE. We bought two couches and then 8 months or so later a table and chairs. The experience was good, we liked the financing but thought price was a bit high. With that said we thought the quality of product was good too... well we were terribly wrong. Not only is the product they sell absolute garbage they don't stand behind it even if, like we did, you buy their extended warranty. One of the couches broke in the mechanism for the foot rest. It took a few weeks, maybe more, to get them to fix it. When they did fix it the part was "updated" so it didn't even match the couch anymore and it look bad.... and then it failed within a couple weeks. We call back, set up a repair, of the repair, and that is now taking MONTHS. They send a guy out who acknowledges the part just failed somehow and he orders several parts that he says we need. A week later they call to say the extra parts he ordered aren't covered .... ok.... it was their tech who ordered it, not me. So they order just the one part that they had already replaced before. Then they can't get the part, then they find the part and don't know why it's not delivered. Then it gets delivered and you have to call someone different to put it in. Well here it is...Still not repaired and we don't have a repair scheduled since no one calls you back. Did I mention it's been MONTHS! At one point I was Fed up so I call Mor directly and asked to return the couch and pay the difference for something better. The customer service lady didn't give a crap about my concerns. No consideration, nothing. She told me that they didnt do that and I had to go through the warranty company. The same garbage company that they sold me and is clearly a terrible service provider. Learn from my pain and DONT SHOP HERE. I now need a new mattress and I can tell you where I won't go because they don't stand behind their product and they don't care about you after the moment they collect your payment. read more

Absolutely terrible furniture. Low quality piece of turd I must say. We've had this couch in our house for about a year and a half, and the rocking chair frame snapped. And sadly the only person who sits on that part of the couch is my 45 lb son. That's how terrible this couch is. We also had someone fix it when it was within the 1 year warranty, because it was uneven and sticking out, yet when it was fixed the guy left with the couch basically looking the same as when he first came. Then to find out this is the couch frame that snaps? Something is fishy. We spend a couple grand on this couch and feel like we got absolutely screwed. Customer service is a joke. Can't even recommend a place to fix it when I'm willing to pay. Though I haven't purchased anything, I've visited the store twice. I worked with Armando the first time and with Brandon today. Both gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival and made aware of incentives and sales. Free delivery is offered within a certain area. The store has free drinks, cookies, and popcorn. They also offer several financing options. Many styles and options are available for living room, dining room, office, and bedrooms. The only issue was having to wait for a mattress order and only delivering to Tucson a couple times a month. read more

This is absolutely ridiculous. I cannot believe that is 2021 your answer to customer service is text and if we feel like it we will call back. We purchased a dinning room table and a sectional in December. When our sectional was delivered, it was delivered without cushions. Yes I mean without ANY cushions, no pillows, no cushions just the frame. I am not exactly sure how that even happens, but it did. After a day of TEXTING .... which is so insane .... y'all finally found the cushions. So scheduled delivery for the next day. Well I'll be darned if they don't come the next day with the wrong cushions! Again ... how is this even a thing. So they tell us these cushions are on loan until our gel cushions come in. So again, why doesn't the sectional we ordered have the cushions we ordered. But whatever... they ordered them. Move on a month, we get a text ... not even worth a call .... that says our cushions are in and will be delivered on Wednesday during the day. Well we weren't available on Wednesday, so we text back, because of course you can't talk to a person, and ask to reschedule for Thursday. We get a text back that says nah... we will be out February 18th. Wait... what??? I have to wait 3 more weeks because I am not available for your mess up??? So again lots of texting that resulted in someone FINALLY calling and said they will be here Thursday. Woohoo .... we are getting our cushions. And then, and you can't make this sh%@ up .... they come and have the wrong cushions! They had 3 large cushions that looked like they belong to a couch, not the sectional we purchased.
