When I didn't receive the part within 30 days, I made several calls to the warranty company, finally spoke to a human and they informed me it would take 12 weeks to get the part then would send somebody out to install it. We are now at 13 weeks, I still don't have a part and I can't get an update from them. They talk a good game in the store but once it's out the door they wash their hands with you! Never again!
