His lack of product knowledge and lack of customer service is shocking and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company at all. I spent a lot of money on this set up and relied heavily upon Jose's recommendations for my outdoor kitchen and the fact that it turned out terribly is his fault. Stay away from this company!

It was a floor model close out so I said I would take the floor model. It has taken over 2 weeks to make the contract change - the floor model is the configuration I purchased. I have talked to the store manager and the customer service manager and they said they would call me back but have heard nothing. No one calls you back. So don't believe what they tell you and be cautious with them!

I had to call the store to get a time frame of when the delivery was going to be and was told they needed to look into it and call me back. Half hour later I get a call from someone in Hudson and tells me "we screwed up" and can't make the delivery today but will be the first one tomorrow. Had I not called I would still be sitting here on the day it was supposed to be delivered waiting for it. 13 days and no one could have the mind set to call and let me know? I had to make the call to find out there was a problem. I thought I found the perfect store to decorate my new house but this has changed my mind. Will not be back!

About a week into owning the couch, we had to have them come and repair a piece of fabric that was torn from the factory. They came and took care of that by replacing a whole piece of fabric on the back of the sofa. Not perfect, but much better. About 2 months after owning the couch (beige) we noticed that the places we sat all the time were starting to get dark. I do on occasion wear black pants and jeans. We assumed that it was a dye transfer from my pants. Long story short, we called the store, and we called the warranty company (where it states it covers dye transfer) We sent pictures, and they said it's dye transfer but it's not covered. We asked them to send someone down to look at the couch, but they would not. We now feel as though Lifestyle Furniture did not stand behind us or the furniture that they sold us. We checked with the BBB and according to them the warranty company only has a 1.3 rating. What company uses such a warranty company? So, we ended up having to buy another set (elsewhere). We lost the money we spent for the set we purchased from Lifestyle and We purchased an extended warranty that didn't warranty what it clearly said it would. The worst part is the fact that they refused to send someone out to look at it or try to rectify it. We are so sorry that we bought from this company and will never buy from them again.
