This isn't your typical review, because technically speaking, CCL didn't actually handle our loan. But by not handling our loan, they became the best loan partner we've ever had. Our loan situation was not an easy one, but Dino and Tyler kept hammering away at the process to get us the best situation they could. They molded and sculpted and worked with us for months, constantly working to get us a better package. In doing so, they discovered a loan package from another lender that was perfect...but came at a cost: they wouldn't be handling the loan. Most lenders would bury that package. Who works that hard to NOT get paid at the end of it? I wouldn't have known either way, but these guys had the integrity to introduce us to the new lender and in doing so, knowingly lost the sale. That type of action is rare and worthy of attention. These guys did all of the work and then gave away the business, because it was better for us. THAT'S caring for a client.
