So I went here with an item in mind to purchase. Unfortunately they had none in stock. Nothing in the store or online even though the employee said someone incorrectly did not update their system. I asked if I can order it online. Her answer was there were no available stock until they reorder more. I kindly ask if there was a way I can be kept in the loop if they restock. She said there was a loyalty program. I had hoped that the employee would reach out since she took my number & email for me to enroll in their loyalty program. It's been 2 weeks, I had hope she would reach out to let me know if supplies came in. Other than that...the store is cute & offered so many selections. I will have to go back and hopefully buy the item I needed.

IMHO Funny enough, a week ago I was in Capitola and visited the Ethos store near the esplanade. I was surprised to learn that Ethos had another store location in Los Gatos! Fast forward, and I found myself in Los Gatos for lunch and holiday shopping. I definitely put Ethos on my list of places to shop! This new location boasts a huge store layout, much bigger than the Capitola store! This means a bright, uncluttered, organized and merchandised store to peruse. Come here to buy items that repurpose, refill, and reuse. In my own personal side business, I sell sustainable cleaning products, and I was happy to see many cool new products! I found a beautiful wooden knife for only $3, which I plan to use for spreading soft cheese on crackers or bread. Yes, I will definitely visit Ethos every time I shop in Los Gatos!

I love this store in Los Gatos and you can bring your own containers and fill them up with detergent or dishwashing soap it's very economical and practical and good for the environment!

This is a great small shop that promotes reusable and refillable products. The goal is to introduce more sustainable products and materials for house hold use, foodware, and even skincare! They have a small station inside where you can weigh out the amount of laundry detergent, lotions, shampoos to use in your refillable container. Very cool concept. I picked up some wool dryer balls for family to use.

Decent selection. Good brands like fat & moon. Not one staff member acknowledged me and I left without purchasing my intended items :(

She is truly the best. I love that we started with a comprehensive "face balancing" consultation. We built a plan based on my pain points at the time and where I'd like to be and when. Helen is super careful about taking things slowly and avoiding an "overdone" look which I really appreciate!! She is methodical and precise about where to place botox/filler. The appts are not "in and out" but that's what I appreciate the most: she takes the time to make sure everything is done carefully. (And shes just a lovely human!) As a stage actor and someone who never wants to be fully frozen, Helen has perfectly walked the line between wrinkle-smoothing and maintaining facial movement for me. I've never felt more like myself with a nice little zhuzh! She's got a customer for life! Thanks, Queen!

I arrived to clinic around 2:50pm for my 3pm appointment. Was taken into room at around 3pm and was told to wait. At around 3:12pm, I walk to reception to ask how much longer and was told that Heidi was "finishing up her appointment" so I go back to room and wait for another 15 minutes. At 3:28pm, I walk back out to reception to let them know I cannot wait any longer and begin to queue outside the bathroom which is next to the reception desk. At this point, I see Heidi escorting her client out to the reception desk. I hear the receptionist tell her that her 3pm client has been waiting and Heidi responds "I wasn't told she was here" or something along those lines. I then proceed to follow Heidi into the room to collect my coat/purse to leave and Heidi is super aloof not apologetic in any shape or form and says "well I am available now if you are able to stay" and I reply "No, I have been waiting for 30 minutes. I was told if I was 10 to 15 minutes late that my appointment would be rescheduled but it's OK for you to be 30 minutes late???" As I was walking out, not one person made an effort to explain the tardiness, apologies for the inconvenience nor offer me an alternative solution or at least a refund for the consultation fee. Someone behind the reception desk did make sure to say "Thank you so much, Sasha!" Three days later, still no calls from L&P but I did receive a follow up email. Just got off phone with answering service requesting a refund,. Received a call back from receptionist within 5 minutes, they left voicemail stating refund has been processed. Again, no apology, no effort to rectify situation. Your time means nothing to them.

It's a bummer, because the employees here are incredibly nice. The problem is this is a business: customer service is a plus, but you also need the service to go well too. Issues: - Waxing: There was a time I had my eyebrows waxed and I ended up with cuts/abrasions all over my eyebrows. I was getting my brows done for my birthday the following week. It was very painful. When I called for advice, the manager mentioned that I had lifting. I usually get my eyebrows waxed at Benefit Valley Fair and have never had an issue. My brows are pretty light and sparse, so there's not much to do. It's more of a "treat yourself" appointment for a bit of clean up. A few red flags for me was that the person who did my brows was not the same person I booked with. During the waxing, she also often left me there with the wax on for sometime. I can't say for sure if this contributed to the cuts/skin ripping or if it was over-waxing. I did appreciate that the manager called again to check up on me. The customer service was great, which was why I have gone back. - Tinting: I was told that my brows and lashes can benefit from a tint. I was sold and booked an appt. During the tinting, one of my eyelids began to burn, bad. I told the employee and she said that she forgot to tell me that the tint burns, but it's normal. I completely trusted her, and continued waiting with the tint on, but the burn just kept getting worse and worse. I emphasized to her that it was just one eyelid, not both. Again, she told me it was fine. The whole process took a really long time. Once we were done, my eyelids were tinted dark along with my lashes. The burning never stopped, but I was told: the eyelid stain would go away in a day, the lashes will get darker, and the burning will stop. What happened: eyelid stain was still there a week later (looked very spotchy), lashes (and eyebrows) did not look darker AT ALL, and my eyelid was actually chemically burned! I wanted to look put-together for my holiday trip, but instead was not even able to wear makeup and was uncomfortable for about 2 weeks before it got better. I had to seek medical attention because it was so bad. When I called them to let them know that my eyelid still burned after 3-4 days, I was told that it's nothing to worry about. It was upsetting to have paid $50-60 for no effect (brows and lashes looked exactly the same), to have my plans ruined, damaged my eyelid, and needed to spend more money on products to help with the burn. They said they would call back to check up on me, and this time they never did. - They are constantly turning over employees. The chances of you getting someone new working on you is very high. I understand everyone needs to start somewhere, but when you book with someone, then are told they're subbing a newcomer instead, it feels a bit like you're paying to be a guinea pig. If you want to come in and buy some products, the employees are ver helpful. However, if you want to get any of the services done, I recommend you go to a licensed esthetician elsewhere. It's not safe to allow amateur people to experiment with your body. Of course, choice is entirely up to you and you may have a great person you regularly go to there that does a great job. I just wanted to share my experiences. Stay safe!

During my exam for this procedure, Dr. Castillo determined I was a candidate for this laser treatment but he also discovered that I had a hernia and other gynecological issues that could only be addressed with surgery. This was a bit of a shock! I regularly visit my gynecologist but I have never had such an in-depth exam before. I told my husband about this and him being a surgeon as well, he was a little skeptical. So, I booked a follow up consultation and brought him with me. Once my husband met and listened to Dr. Castillo, he was convinced that this surgery was necessary and that Dr. Castillo was the doctor to do the surgery. Because the surgery required a several week recovery, I put it on hold for about a year, so I could plan my life around it. In the meantime, I did have 3 Diva laser treatments and the results from those treatments were fantastic! I highly recommend the Diva for vaginal dryness. The more I got to know Dr. Castillo and his staff, I decided I would like to start going to his practice for my hormone replacement therapy as well. I had been getting pellets for hormone replacement for a couple years now with another doctor, but I really wanted to have one doctor who knew me well and understood the big picture regarding my hormonal and sexual health. It was clear from my first pellet treatment with Dr. Castillo at just how incredibly knowledgeable he is in this area. If you have been struggling with peri-menopause or menopausal symptoms and are a candidate for hormone replacement therapy, I can't stress enough at what a game-changer this is. HRT has transformed the way I feel in my 50's! I feel like I am in my 20's in regards to energy, sleep and libido. So worth the investment! Finally, I did have the surgery with Dr. Castillo this past February. I was pretty scared about the procedure, the recovery and how it would affect intimacy. The recovery was so much easier than expected! I was pleasantly surprised. And after a couple months recovery, I am very pleased with the results and even my husband gives the results 5 stars I have recommended at least 20 women to Dr. Castillo, many of whom are now happy patients of his. The care he and his staff give their patients is wonderful! Highly recommend Swan Medical and Dr. Castillo!

I visited the clinic and had my first pallet injection 2.5 years ago. I have to say the doc was nice and seemed quite knowledgeable. I was injected with both testerosrone and estrogen. Two weeks after that my skin started to become rough and more hairs grew out of my thigh and arms and even knees felt very rough. There are some area that hairs seems to want to grow out but didn't and those areas have small bumps like chicken skin bumps. my skin got much worse. The blood test later showed my testosterone was 281 which is way higher than normal. I later watched many videos and some recommended testerostrone level 50. No more than 100. I called in and schedule an appt but the doctor checked and said this is a normal level and it was due to my skin problem and asked me to see a dermatologist. I never visited this clinic after that. Now 2.5 years later I still have some unwanted hairs and more hairs on my arms and thigh than before. I regretted taking the pallets. Once it's in your body you can't take it out and the effect is long lasting.
