The business name was different from what was listed on Groupon, the door was locked, and when I called, the owner claimed she had no record of my booking, despite it being the same person I had spoken to earlier in the week and I even confirmed with her my appointment time before ending the call. If you're considering booking here, I'd recommend looking elsewhere like TD Beauty Spa (they were able to book me for an hour later of my scheduled appointment with touchbeauty off groupon).
