I'm assigning this store 5 stars, as it's a fabulous place for what it is: inexpensive clothes that cater to the teen crowd. My teen daughter adores this place, and I visited over the weekend, and I can see the draw: the store is HUGE (it is super-deep), and the clothes are all displayed and laid out nicely, The fashions are trendy and the prices are amazing. Like, WAY less expensive than Forever 21. Of course, you won't get the quality of Nordstroms or even The Gap, but for what this store is, it's great. Note: when I visited the store, there were quite a few older women in the store, shopping for themselves, apparently. There are basic t-shirts and tank shops in every color, and super cheap, that any woman could wear. And cropped tank-top-like sports bras in every colour for $2.99. Even if the clothes only lasted a year, still a pretty good deal. read more

EDIT(4/7/18): Boo! They're closed! Sister store (Alley Cat in South Center Mall near Nordy's/Macy's) is not as large and not close to as good. So sad to see Etiquette leave RTC but given their price per sq/ft and NNN's not surprisingl. Very sad. You'll love it or you'll hate it. I love it. Unique pieces, awesome for layering, accessories, cluster lashes, and the cutest shoes/sandals. This place just opened a few months ago at the Redmond Town Center. It's like Forever 21, but without the crowds of giggling tweens. I bought four layering tank tops and a cute, casual, but warm sweatshirt/peacoat hoodie all for a grand total of $40. Perks: cheap clothes, shoes, and accessories. Downsides: some items are also cheap-looking and the quality is at a level you'd expect for the price. I don't care because I go through clothes pretty quick, so they aren't worth spending a fortune on. Also, there are no returns or exchanges on several types of items, including shoes, shirts, and pants. Other items, like coats and I think dresses, can be exchanged within 30 days if the tags are still on AND you have the receipt. They did, however, just break this rule for me today when I brought back a shirt (tags still on) that had a gaping hole in the seam I only discovered when putting it on at home. read more

Warning potential shoppers! You CAN'T return stuff you buy there! You only can exchange it for another item. They don't tell you about it. There is a note by the cashier but of course you don't notice it untill you go there to return something and they tell you that you can't and point to that note. read more

I love this store. It's cheap and they have lots of disposable layering basics like solid tees, tanks, cami's and polos. Their maxi dress selection is great too. I've only bought a few blouses here and been pretty happy with them. One was way too cheap and I should have known better - I don't' blame the store for that, just poor judgment on my part. LOL I agree with the previous reviewer - I go through clothes fairly fast - keeping up with trends or wearing out basics. This store is great for that. I think the staff is very friendly. You get lured in by some of the cute items but after selecting a few items you can tell they are very cheap quality. The prices are on the lower side but actually too high for the terrible quality. The clothing reminds me of the stuff in the markets in Thailand that you can get for $5. There it's a deal, here it's just a rip off. Do yourself a favor and spend extra money on an item that costs a bit more but will last for more than one washing. This is my favorite place to shop! It is so well organized. It's so hard to find shoes my size but here they always have 5 1/2. Somethings may be cheap quality but there are a lot of gems here too for the most reasonable prices ever. These are the prices I want to pay. I always go overboard here and leave soooo happy and satisfied. I have a picture in my head of what I need when I come in and leave with it plus many more. They always have what I'm looking for. I come here like once a month. The ladies who work here are nice too. Love love love. I'll cry for ever if they ever go out of business. There use to be one in Lynnwood but it wasn't as organized as this store and they shut down. This is the last one left. Please never close!! read more

This was an odd store, and I wouldn't have expected to find it at Redmond Town Center. I think that it possibly might be a fun place for teenage girls to look through, but personally found the style selections confusing. But the clothing is very economical, and there's a lot of it. I don't think the employees are very engaged, so it's not somewhere that you're going to get a lot of attention. read more

Cute clothes BUT the staff was incredibly rude, had to ask a couple of times to get a fitting room. I am not certain of the problem but I asked the clerk a very simple direct question and had to ask the same question 3 more times and she still didn't (listen). Was stunningly rude when I checked out. Not sure that I will ever go back as I don't think they understand that they are in a service position. An explosion of tacky polyester. That's how I'd describe this store. It's like where all the ugly things Forever 21 can't sell go to die. I've gone twice and noticed the clientele usually consists of 13-year-old girls and 50-year-olds that wish they were 13. I really wanted to like this store since it's so convenient...but I just can't do it. The prices are about the same as Forever 21, but believe it or not, the quality is even worse. Very tacky, cheap-feeling material. This store seems to be allergic to cotton...or even jersey! It's pretty much all poly. Even if I could get past the polyester of it all, the clothes aren't even cute. They're just ugly. Lots of ripped jeans, scratchy shirts, and extremely short dresses. I've never even found something I would consider trying on. Actually, I've never even found something I would consider physically coming in contact with. I will say though, that they have an ok selection of decently priced trendy shoes. read more

Lots of clothes aren't my style, but it's THE most organized clothing store that i've ever walked into. The customer service isn't that great, depending on who's working you might have to ask for help before having it offered. Clothes are very inexpensive, and are nice for everyday clothes. read more

For basics it is fine. My daughter got a pair of leggings that she decided she didn't want, gave them to me and I think they are awesome. The quality is decent for the price and they fit well and have lasted. For the people who complain about the service, I have always had adequate service and it isn't like Forever 21 exceeds in that department - the only place you know you will find an employee there is the fitting room and the cash register. My daughter was treated rudely making her purchase when she asked for the non-resident tax exemption. She was told that she should never have been given an exemption and didn't really know how to respond. We have been coming to Washington state for years and have always been treated so nice when asking for it. We know a store doesn't have to do it but no excuses for rudeness. read more

It is the worst shop I ever seen in my life!! My wife bought a shoes with sale the discovered it is defected. The zipper was not work. When she returned back the workers there were so rude and refused to return it back as sale items are not returned or exchanged!! Then one of them told they have to get the manager approval and currently he is travelling overseas will return after weeks and they will call us back when he return in case of he approved!! My husband purchased a sweater for me for Mother's Day that was my size but did not fit. Upon returning it three days later with the receipt, I was told that because it was a sale item, there were no returns or exchanges. I want all husbands, fathers, brothers or boyfriends to not consider shopping at this store for their partners, unless they are with them. I have never heard of such a ridiculous return policy. I didn't expect a refund, but did expect a exchange for something that fit me. My husband said they had lots of these sweaters, probably because they were poorly made. It is common knowledge that if you please a customer, they will tell 2 or 3 people and if you displease them, they will tell 15 or more. I'm displeased. read more

I went into this store and it was overwhelming of how many people and clothes where there! The shirts where very cheaply made and some were ripped!!! Also I went into this store at 3pm and happened to find one shirt! There where more then 10 people in front of me with hands full of clothes with only one cashier! I stood in line for 20 minutes no joke! And weren't even half way through the line! Finally just left! Will never go back to this store! read more

I stumbled upon this store while exploring the RTC, and I'm glad I did! It is a cute little store with lots of cute fashions for really cheap! Some of the items are pretty cheapy looking, but there are plenty of other items in the store that are worthwhile. I bought a pair of cute jelly flip flops for 5 bucks! They are a translucent pink with glitter (and I love me some glitter), and a cute bow accent on top. A fantastic deal! I also bought some super tall ultra sparkly iridescent stone studded platform heels from here as well. They were around 25 bucks and look a lot like the ones from Steve Madden, but they are not heavy at all. I got a lot of compliments on those shoes! They also have a lot of cute nude pumps which I want to go back and try cuz the price is so good. I also bought a cute cotton tee with a really nice water color print on it. I also bought a couple of earrings from here and a pair of sunglasses (they were 6 bucks!). In terms of quality for the price, you do have to look for something good, but once you do, there are plenty of great steals here. In terms of customer service, I don't feel like the employees were rude. While they weren't overly friendly or following me around the store (which I prefer anyway since I don't like it when people hover to see if I need something), I felt like I always was checked out promptly and nicely enough. I also was able to get help in getting shoe sizes and the person who helped me was nice and attentive about it. For returns/exchanges, I haven't done it because when I purchased my items, most of them were sale which is something they don't accept returns/exchanges for anyway. I feel their policy on it is pretty similar to other stores like Forever 21, so no surprises there. Overall, I think this store is worth a look if you want to find cute casual clothes to get the most bang for your buck. read more

Do not shop here! The worst service policies I have ever experienced. My 13 year old daughter tried on two pairs of jeans a few days ago. She liked one of the pair, so brought them to the counter and I purchased them for her. They were on sale for $38, so still pretty pricey for that store. When we got home, she realized that she bought the wrong pair. The only difference between the two pairs was that one was boot cut and the other straight leg. Same brand, same price, same design. We took them back the next day (with tags, receipt) and told them what happened and would like to exchange for the boot cut jeans (same price and brand). They said they don't accept any exchanges and we should have read the signs. I asked why this would make a difference as she is still purchasing the same priced and brand jeans. They just said it was their policy. This is ridiculous! Now my daughter is crying as she can't get the jeans she wants. I am NEVER shopping there again and you shouldn't either. Not to mention the horrible service and policy, their clothes are cheap and sleazy for teenagers. I can't believe an upscale mall like RTC would allow such trash and poor service. read more

the only reason it has stars is because there are really great basics here for very cheap. the service, however, is awful. awful awful awful. the girls are not nice, they actually followed me around while i was shopping there, they were very unprofessional but the shocker to me was that they were rude. when i asked for a fitting room, she grabbed my clothes and said take them out on the hanger in a very rude tone. ok, whatever, maybe shes having a bad day. when i go to check out, the girl looks at me straight in the eye and doesnt move. another employee asks if i was "gonna buy that" about 5 minutes of waiting for her to come up. WHY ELSE WOULD I STAND AT A REGISTER. the one that stared at me then came up and proceeded the transaction only to mess it up a couple times, and not answer my questions about refunds/exchanges. youre definitely making a sacrifice coming into this store for cheap basics. read more
