Food was great, when we finally had a chance to order it...Service not so much. This was our second time at Etiwanda Roadhouse. First visit was great, however we now think the service we received the first time was due to the demographic of the other people we were with. This visit, we honestly felt very out of place. From the way we were greeted, to the way it took over 30 min to place a food order. Young female waitress with blonde hair didn't acknowledge us AT ALL. Walked by our table numerous times until I finally asked if she would be the waitress for our lunch visit. We had a very disappointing experience with our waitress, Abby. When we first sat down, she took our drink order right away. At the time there were only about three other tables besides us, so it didn't seem busy. However, after delivering our drinks, she never came back to take our food order. Over the next 15 minutes, at least five other groups were seated. Abby took all of their drink orders and then returned to each of their tables to take their food orders after delivering their drinks, while completely ignoring us. Multiple times we tried to get her attention, but she kept turning her back to our table and never acknowledged us. After waiting and being ignored repeatedly, we went up to the bar to try to place our food order there. Unfortunately, the person at the bar said she wouldn't place our order because Abby was supposed to be handling the inside tables. At that point we felt completely stuck. Abby seems to have a reputation for ignoring customers, but this experience was on another level. After waiting far too long with no service and no way to place a food order, we finally gave up, paid for our drinks, and left. We come here very frequently with family and friends, but after this experience we will likely NOT be returning. We'll also be sharing our experience with others. Customer service should never feel like customers are being intentionally ignored. Abby either needs serious training on customer service or the restaurant needs to reconsider who they have representing them on the floor. read more

I like the roadhouse a lot of fun for dancing, drinking and get together, but I went there for taco Tuesday and the guy was rude. It was a younger tall guy with light hair. I asked him how it worked. I had no idea how much the tacos were. I saw the sign as a couple questions. He was very rude and then when I asked, If I could see the meat, he was so rude I would not recommend eating taco Tuesday at this place. The tacos were little. The meat was really greasy and there was no customer service skills at all. I went to the Etiwanda Roadhouse for the first time on May 1, 2026. I ordered the Roadhouse Steak medium and When it arrived it was over cooked. I asked the waiter Parker E to please take the steak back as it was way over done. He took the steak and then brought the same steak back to me and said it has a little pink so there was nothing wrong with the steak. So I showed a picture of how a Medium cooked steak looks and that his steak was not medium. He reluctantly took the steak back and had another steak remade. He also refused to rewarm my veggies and the mushrooms as I had to wait for the new steak to get cooked. I have been calling the Etiwanda Roadhouse for days to contact a manager but no one ever answers the phone. NOT GOOD read more

I've beer felt more transparent than tonight, Two adults and two kids, waited forever for menus and drinks, than saw another party get seated (after we sat sound), still didn't get a server to take our order. Ran into this hidden gem by chance, and glad we did! They play live music on Fridays, there's even dancing involved. The service is great...during the week, you order up at the bar - the servers are friendly. The menus has from salads, wings, burgers, nachos, etc. Their breakfast is a must try!!! I have been coming to this bar for years. Last night I had the worst experience in my life. I was at the bar chatting it up like people do in bars and started talking to this guy who must've been the bartender's boyfriend, because he was just sitting at the bar drinking water, the guy told me he was gonna punch me in my face and then the bartender cut me off and had the bouncer make me leave. I'm literally still shocked, I have never experienced anything like that in my entire life and from the reviews it don't seem like the management would even care.. all the bouncers are assholes on a power trip!! Calm down doorman, you're literally just a doorman I'll never go back! I forgot to add... they let the guy at the bar who said he was going to punch me in my face stayed and they made me leave.. Last weekend we had a retirement party at Etiwanda Roadhouse. We rented out 1/2 the back yard for 75-100 guests. Courtney (organizer) was in constant contact with us in setting up the event. She was very helpful and accommodating. The party went great and smooth. Our servers were Oscar and Tatiana for drink and food service. Both were excellent at making it an enjoyable experience. Honestly, these days, that really means something. The Taco Man option worked out great. Thanks for making the day enjoyable and easy. read more

Cute place. The food was alright. They were short handed (in my opinion). I would definitely not sit outside on a hot day. They have very limited shade and pop-ups cannot be moved. It's a great place for kids to run around as the adults socialize. It would help if there were some more shade tarps up. We rented the full yard for my daughter's 21st birthday and had an amazing time! Courtney was so easy to work with. We had a karaoke DJ, 3 bartenders and we used their taco man which everybody seemed to enjoy! It was a wonderful night and several guests now want to plan events there! I am not the kind of guy to ever leave a review on a place. However, I showed up for the USA Turkey game and I waited not too long for drinks. However, my server checked on me once after that I waited an hour and a half to get food and I told my server there's no way I'm paying full price. She then says that the mule will be comped. I think that's the right decision. She comes back to the table with the saying that the manager is on her way because she was not in the building. The manager comes up to me and my friends, and says that she can't comp the whole meal and that she was arguing with me and saying that only the drinks were gonna be comped we ordered three Diet Coke. She then questioned me when I said that we waited an hour and a half for food. The game was at the 15th minute when we ordered and the food came out at the 80th minute after halftime she then went to the kitchen to ask the manager in the kitchen. If it had actually taken that long, she never came back out sent the server and comped two of the meals and all the drinks I would never recommend this place to anybody and it might have been the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
