We went on with our night and they announced at 10:15 that this was last call and the last drink would be served at 10:30. We go to order a final round at 10:19 and the bartender says that last call is over. We think that's weird but finish playing our last round of shuffleboard. At 10:30 the manager announces that last call is over. My friend went to speak with the manager about the bartender lying and being rude and we were met with even more rudeness from the manager. The bartender yelled at my friend that he would meet him outside (I'm assuming to fight). Two of our other friends stayed back to try to speak with the manager and the bartender lied and said that what happened wasn't the case and that they were out of tajin (which wasn't asked for) and that we came after 10:30. Not once did the manager take anything we had said into consideration. After seeing how low the reviews for this location are in comparison to other Big Al's locations, I'm not surprised as to why. Not only do they have staff members that threaten physical violence, but they also have managers that think that behavior like that is acceptable. All in all, if you feel like you'll have a good time getting lied to, terrible service, and threatened, this is the perfect place for you. If you care about your family, I would not recommend coming here.

This place was doing so great when Ed bought it, but it changed ownership again to some short blonde lady. Prices almost doubled! A modelo use to be $3.50 now they are $5.50. The owner is extremely rude and loaded with the f-bombs and many other inappropriate words! Not to mention she'll over change you Specially if she thinks your drunk. I had 3 modelos and my bill was $22 bucks, you do the math, guess tip is included? As an owner you'd think she should be setting an example not rob you. I love going to bars and wish I could be happy they are open despite the lock down. BUT I wish the owner would hire other people to work instead of herself and Maybe follow covid guide lines? The employees aren't wearing mask. No gloves. And they even let you self serve food buffet style. (Is that even legal) On the flip side you can go inside shoot pool, and dance. I've been coming to this local dive bar for way over 10 years I've seen all the changes.the new owner has made so many chances.this bar manager Rachel has organizated so many events.Her and her staff have held events .held fundraiser for family's in need. There are birthday parties there now .her daughter Chris goes out of her way to make balloon arrangements and special decartion Roxi one of the sweetest bartenders . The barback is always there to help you. Ziggis was dying before the new owners took over. The old owner gave up on the place. Rachel and the staff have came in and brought life back to ut. Car shows Bike events Fundraiser and so much more. What other bar does a toy drive for Xmas for Thanksgiving they hold a can drive and give to local family . I don't know why this site says Ziggis Bar is closed, it is open everyday of the week from 10 am - 2am with the exception of Sundays, it close's when the crowd is gone, usually around 8 pm , after a full weekend of partying at Ziggis one might need to turn in early. Ziggis is a local good ol boy or girl kind of place. Bartenders love to have fun , and lets not forget Frank aka Bubba, owner of Ziggis . He can be quite entertaining himself at times!! read more

Love this place. Great changes have been made by the new owners over the last year plus. Outside dining is great and the safety measures they have taken have been really nice. I enjoy the lunch menu and the daily drink specials keep me coming back. Also, the staff is really friendly and are fun to hang out with. If you haven't been, check em out. Pretty cool bar, new owners have changed a ton of things. They have 6 beers on tap as well as every bottle of beer you can think of and a wide selection of liquor. Outdoor seating has heaters and lights. Also diffrent food each night , I'll be back for a beer and bbq soon! read more
