I lived here for about 2 years and was sad to leave! I truly enjoyed my time here. Yes, like any other apartments it has it's down side. I would say the only thing I didn't really like was the layout of having the restroom in the bedroom. Other than that I loved my apartment! Overall i never really had any issues. Every request I would put in for maintenance was met. My suggestion for anyone wanting to move in 1. Ask for Azalea, she's an angel! She is so helpful, so professional and always has a great attitude. Not to sound corny, but she was one of the main reasons that made living there worth it. 2. I suggest making friends with the ladies in the office and the maintenance staff. Offer them a soda, water or snack to share. Valentine's Day my son took Azalea and her team little cupcakes. It's a small gesture to show them appreciation. 3. To avoid package stealing like anywhere else in this world, make friends with your neighbors. If you want to be scammed every month, move into Eucalyptus Grove Apartments! I moved into this apartment 4/1/25 and have nothing but new issues. From a hidden move-out fee, to a broken washer and dryer for the first 6mos of the lease, to fleas before even moving in (I also never had pets there!), to ants coming through every crack of the doors, to light and fan fixtures breaking, to my garbage disposal breaking, to my toilet unlatching from the lid, ohhh but wait there is so much more! To my bathroom sink pipe leaking and ruining all toiletries underneath, to even my blinds and blind-wand breaking ever use! I pay over $2,400 for a one bedroom and this is what I deal with on a daily. I signed a lease for a year, and now that the year mark is approaching, about two weeks away, I was told I didn't give any notice and will be charged for TWO additional months. I called today and was given excuses and no help on how to move forward with any different options. There is no way I can afford two different rents in San Diego that are both over $2,000. I am so disappointed in these apartments and would never even recommend it to my worst enemy. This place looks beautiful from photos online and even the model home-- but I promise you will regret moving into this place within the first month of your lease. I've lived here for a couple of years and the staff and crew have been very professional and friendly! They always help me whenever I need it. I think this is a great place to live. The apartments are close to Plaza Bonita mall so the location is nice; not too far from base on 32nd street. There's 2 pools, 3 laundry rooms (if you don't have a washer and dryer in your unit) and a gym. The apartments are pet friendly and my dogs love going for walks here. The staff and maintenance workers work hard and treat me like family! Highly recommend living here. I've had no issues or bugs. They give you a parking sticker decal and there's open and assigned parking spots available. I haven't had any issues with my apartment and will stay here if the military keeps me in San Diego! read more

Been living here for 3+ years now and such a great area and apartments to live in. Great job taking care of landscape and making it a nice peaceful environment atmosphere. Real chill and quiet here. For sure would recommend anyone to live here. Some Cons: - Parking is super tight and skinny parkings. Hard to get out/in your car. Needs to be spaced out. And with all the trees, your car never stays clean unless you have a port. CAR PORT would save a lot of time, stress, and worry free. - Storage Rooms needs some love. No light and dirty and some broken things like door and light don't work. - Would LOVE, and I'm sure other dog owners agree same, a SMALL DOG PARK NEEDED! Especially if THIS apartments LOVE dogs and post about them. Would be nice at least a small gated grass area so dogs n neighbors can meet each other :) - There is not much natural light in the apartments, it's pretty dark. We moved in January 31, 2023. Process was amazing ONLY BECAUSE OF AZALEA SALAZAR. Aside from her and her amazing service I cannot say many great things. Right now, my biggest issue is mold that we found in the process of vacating the unit that is coming from WITHIN the wall and probably the vent. I have been trying to reach the manager in leasing office all morning and no one picks up my calls. I lived there three years the worst service by far. The ladies in the front are absolutely useless and rude . Maintenance is somewhat helpful when they're around. You'll be overcharged for rent with absolutely nothing new or any appliances being new. You'll deal with homeless all day and the front will do nothing about it because none of them live there so they don't care your rent. Probably will seem low or start low. Don't be fooled by the bright apartment pictures online. It's super dark in our apartment, no windows by our living room so it's always so dark unless you provide your own lighting. Bathroom has no windows either so there's always mold. Appliances are old. Also if you're a married couple with 2 cars renting out a one bedroom. they only allow 1 car on site and the other has to be parked out on the street which SUCKS, because there's always so many cars already parked. Especially if you're getting off work after 4pm, good luck getting a spot. I do not recommend this place at all, there's trees everywhere, yes it's beautiful but your car is always dusty and full of bird poop unless you have a port or garage. read more

Living here was a daily nightmare and constantly frustrating. Homeless people consistently walking around either leaving trash or stealing packages, bugs everywhere, animal poop everywhere just awful. To top it all off property management is completely incompetent and at times just plain rude. The second our lease was up we immediately found a new apartment. But of course this place had to continue to be a thorn in our side by claiming that not only will we not be getting any of our 500 dollar deposit, but that we owe 16 dollars AND 150 dollars for turning in our prorated rent in late which we didn't! Last day to turn it in was the 4th and we turned it in on the 3rd like they requested! We've attempted multiple times to contest this but they continue to ghost us and just assume we'll accept this! Run! 2 year tenant finally leaving and honestly would have left sooner if I was paying the rent. The staff is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and uncaring. They have MULTIPLE staff members that live on sight and still find it okay to charge their tenants $100 for an after hour lockout fee (it was 8:30 pm), $75 for a parking sticker replacement and if you want an assigned parking spot it's an extra $100+/ per month. There's hella stray cats all over the property and when I told the maintenance guy they were living under my building, he said he was going to board up the hole... with them in there?! I told him that was a terrible idea as they'd die and the place would reek. After nothing changed, I ended up having to call the front office 3 weeks later to report our conversation and ask them to do something about the 10+ different cats I'd seen going under there for the past 6+ months. The lady that "helped us" never had the best attitude and she would always make us go out of our way and give her things that we had sent her via email. She said she would call us and never did and she wanted to charge us more for taking longer than the 3 days. I lived at Eucalyptus Grove Apartments for over 8 years. I enjoyed my time there. I moved because I was fortunate enough to buy a home in San Diego. The management team here, including the maintenance team were very professional and extremely responsive as needed. I can't say enough about the maintenance team; response time was almost immediate. This community is dog friendly. My dog was 65 lbs, Australian Shepherd, we loved walking the paths around the complex and areas surrounding. Neighbors were friendly, freeway access was awesome. Avoid this place at all cost. Yes it's close to the Navy Base but if you're in the military beware because they will tow your car with short notice, even if you park your car in a resident parking or a stall. The management doesn't understand that Sailors get underway and have to leave their cars behind with no contact. Sometimes Sailors ask friends or family to drop them off, so that they don't have to deal with leaving their car on base. They will say they towed it because it was interfering with their silly exterior projects to hide the crappiness within the walls. You can paint a piece of S**t but at the end it's still a piece of S**t. There has been dog feces and trash around for months.. even in the doggie bag station. Security? None, my child is autistic and my wife has to take him to therapy everyday. Sometimes she comes home later in the evening to have to wait in the car because people rummaging in the dumpster. The area is infested with mosquitoes, feral cats that will sleep on your doormat, and fleas everywhere. Ask to see the apartment first. Don't let them fool you with their showroom apartments with smart features, because your going to get the most basic, old, rusty, moldy, broke down appliances, with no smart features. They don't have AC or allow AC units. During the hottest days of the summer the interior paint started bubbling and you can see how many years they painted over the same crappy walls tenant after tenant. They don't monitor any of the rules on the lease agreement but will tell you that you have to give them a 60 day notice before leaving. That would be considered as unlawful detainer, if you have lived in the apartment for less than a year you're only required to give them a 30 days notice IAW California Civil Code 1946. There are newly build apartments like Urbana or even other great choices. Stay away from Eucalyptus Grove Apartments. read more

They are going to find something to charge you for, understand regular cleaning get it but they're going to charge you for holes in the wall. They're going to charge you to resurface your tub after 19 years. It probably needs to be resurfaced this duplex. Used to be clean now. It looks like the ghetto you pay almost $2 $600 for rent plus trash and water and you would think that the place will look decent. It got to the point where I was embarrassed to even have friends over. I really appreciate the maintenance crew. The Bad- the reason I know the maintenance staff so well is because I've had over 30 work orders for stuff to be fixed all around my apartment, the rent is sUUUUuuuch a rip off for the size and location, the walls are paper thin, pray you dont have a neighbor who plays loud rock music or beats his girlfriend all night because it sounds like they are in the apartment with you, parking is a total drag unless you're in the back near the freeway The Ugly- there are homeless people everywhere! In fact there is a homeless camp evolving near the freeway as we speak. Wanna pay 1500+ to share your living space with a group of homeless men? Didn't think so. There is no real security just a number you call and a guy who patrols 6 other properties. Homeless + no security = you guessed it... I've had my car broken into and my wallet stolen.How do I know it was a homeless man who stole my wallet from my car?? He changed my CVS card name from mine to his, thanks Eugene. The property manager clearly doesn't care about public safety of their tenants and its because of this I would not recommend living here. Got a call from a lady in the office asking if I'd be renewing my lease I said no.. she asked why and that was that. 3 WEEKS later and a call from the office asking me again stating there was no notes on my file about it and that I would have to sign my notice.. ok makes sense but the first woman said nothing about it. Come to find out they will not honor my notice and are forcing me to stay another 2 months for almost double the price of my rent no help or any care at all from management for their mistake. Dog poop and stray cats everywhere. AC has mold! Parking sucks if you want a spot be prepared to pay an extra $100 per month. We had to stop ordering from amazon because our packages were being stolen. Dumpster is always overflowing. Pool is gross. Don't be fooled by the model home they show you! I received text message asking how are we doing! Ok your doing HORRIBLE! The trash looked like a mini dump! The poor guy that takes care of the trash was out and there was NO Teamwork. Not one of them cleaned the trash areas! That is SHAMEFUL! I had to call and complain just to get someone to do something. Then there are only 2 pools and one was CLOSED over the July 4th weekend?! Really!? No excuse for that. And now they are changing the parking! $75 for a carport is expensive, $50 would be reasonable. I heard we have a new manager?Never seen her/him. When I first drove up to these apts last year I was pretty excited because the staff practically promised me the world! "Every dog owner cleans up after their own pet, we have 24 hour security, we have tons of parking- only people with the designated sticker are their car can park here and if they don't have it they get towed and we have tow trucks on sight all the time, our apartments go through 3 inspections before it's rented out to you" I thought WOW , I'll work more hours and pay the extra money so that my senior citizen mom can feel safe and have parking near the apartment and live a little better. I might as well have stayed living by the 5 freeway paying 400 less with utilities paid! I cannot tell you how many times my 70 year old mom has gotten home at around 6-7 pm and just circled and circled and no parking. Twice she had to park in a whole other building across the street and once she had to drive back to my aunts across town and sleep there. We are greeted by homeless men in the dumpsters every morning. It's not a nice greeting , they are usually fighting with each other over who's dumpster belongs to whom. There is no 24 hour security, you have to call a number which they manage other properties and they have to drive to the property. I have never seen a tow truck tow one car since I have been here and many dog owners don't clean up after their dogs and neither do management. When I got the apartment it was not ready, it was dirty and I ended up having to clean it myself. I worked so hard and made so many sacrifices to have a safer place for my mom and it was the opposite. When expressing all these concerns to management they didn't care and said they had a plan in place for parking .. this was months and months ago. I only put this review here because you... Eucalyptus Grove Apts text me And asked for a review ... here it is. Don't just read it and reply with a canned response. Do something about all these complaints already! One star only because of my horrible experience moving out. I got cheated out my deposit money. There is NO communication between their staff PLeASE people have everything in writing they will screw you over. I ended dealing with Kyle worst person ever. Gabriel was nice but has so much to learn too bad he doesnt have a good leader to learn from. If you are planning on moving here make sure to have in writing your 60day notice and never take their word for nothing. They will screw you over $. Apt complex always clean. Outdated when I lived there, parking is bad (a lot of tow trucks come through as well), and the trash dumpsters are always overfilled. She was the clerk that showed me the apartment. She has been so sweet and patient with me. I've asked so many questions and expressed so many concerns (in general) and she has taken care of me. She follows us in a timely matter and has answered all my emails. (That is my preferred line of communication) Luis is very welcoming also, I enjoyed working with him the little that I did. I met Jerry today and she was attentive and also kind. Jose the maintenance manager was very easy going, I met him today also. But this one is especially for Sonia. I moved in April of 2016 and just recently resigned another lease for one more year. I absolutely love my apartment and the area. Here's my breakdown! Apartment hunting: I looked at various apartments around the Chula Vista area. These were just absolutely beautiful! Looked very well taken care of, open community, and fair pricing. I toured and fell in love! Very dog friendly community which was highly important to me and I really liked how they have landscapers always here keeping the community clean and up to par. When I first moved in: My apartment was very clean and had just recently been upgraded so I was the first tenant with an upgraded kitchen etc. I live in a 937 sqft 2bd/1B style apartment with washer & dryer in unit. There were very minor issues upon my walk through. (Paint on the floors, one switch didn't work) but nothing major. Wrote it down on my walk through sheet & it was done. Leasing office: Since the very beginning everyone working in the office has been very friendly and willing to help. The girls who were here when I first moved in unfortunately are no longer working here but the newer staff hasn't let me down. Anytime I need anything, I can call or leave a message and know I will be attended to soon. I also have been able to email my needs. *Update: Also wanted to mention how absolutely helpful Kyle in the leasing office has been. Every silly question I have or outrages request, he always goes out of his way to make sure things get done for me. I've gone in the office during busy times, and yet he is always very professional and timely in assisting me. He's always followed up with me when needed which I highly appreciate! Ask for Kyle when you go in for amazing customer service. Maintenance team: The best staff!!! Every time I've had an issue they always come eager & ready to help with whatever I need. They have a 3 hour service response program so they usually come within that window. & They greet me when they see me around the complex which I think is sweet! I've had the pleasure of meeting most of the crew when they've have maintenance to do in my apartment & overall they're very friendly and handy people!! Parking: Like most of the other reviewers have wrote, parking CAN be an issue. Personally it doesn't it affect me too much because I usually find decent parking and don't mind walking to my apartment. It mostly sucks at night because "everyone is home" and if you get home late you'll probably have to park in the street or across the street in the other parking lot. But if your home by 9pm/10pm you should be okay. It is first come first serve here which I don't mind at all. I personally don't feel the need to pay for a garage or car port but if it's a big deal to you then you have that option. * also depends where your apartment is located as far as parking goes!* Now some PEOPLE park like freaking jerks and it causes a chain reaction of everyone else have to park over the lines which in my opinion you can't blame the apartments for. We can however call the tow trucks now for people doing that which is awesome!! Apartment features: We have 2 pools and 2 jacuzzi's conveniently located on both sides on the apartments. They just built a beautiful new outdoor BBQ in front of the leasing office pool!!! They also have a 1 foot pool in front of the leasing office next to the normal pool for the little ones. I think that's awesome and creates a safer place for the little ones to still be able to get in the water. We have industrial sized washer and dryers around the complex as well which is great for big loads or washing comforters. We have a cute little park on the left side of the apartments and a very small gym but it works for me since I do the basics. Location: We are so conveniently located to so many great places!! The 805, Plaza Bonita Mall, Chula Vista Mall up the street, gas stations, groceries stores, etc. It only takes me 10-15 minutes to get to NBSD w/out traffic! Another wonderful reason I chose to rent here. Few cons: We do unfortunately have dumpster divers all night and they make a mess. I personally rarely see our security! & A few stray cats here and there. Overall, I absolutely love these apartments and will be sad to leave soon because we have orders to move over seas. This is by far the worst place I've ever liver in!!! The people in the office think they're smarter and better than the tenants. They let anyone live here. The bar is really low. Recently they moved in these drug addicts in the apartment below me and they're up all night and sleep all day. When I called the office to complain they said they didn't believe me because the people I was talking about has government jobs and has to get drug tested. I pay my ren on the 1st every month and they could care less. I'm forced to live here for another 4 months with my 14 year old son. If your desperate and don't care move here. Looks are deceiving!! I have only lived here for 4 months however, I have lived in a few other apartment complexes and this trumps them all! I give 4 stars because there is always room to improve and to validate as I reside here longer. The property is always kept very clean, it has a very welcoming atmosphere and the units are very functional and cozy! All the roofing has recently been redone along with windows and doors being replaced. Since the new Property Manager "Jeri" has been on staff, I have seen multiple positive improvements. Focusing on security and a safe environment, she has had new lighting installed, with more to come, fencing installed, to stop pedestrian traffic from cutting through the property, and she follows up with the tenants. Luis, Kyle and Sonja are all very welcoming when you visit the main office and they assist you with anything that you need. All the gentleman on the maintenance crew Joaquin, Eduardo, and Jose (don't know the other names) are extremely helpful and quick to solve your problem! I am very happy with the decision to move into Eucalyptus Grove Apartments and I look forward to more future additions and improvements! read more

Afraid I am also going to have to leave a scathing review of this place. Lived here for a year with my boyfriend. Liked the gym. Hot tub was okay when it didn't have crushed beer cans and kids peeing in it. Apartments are too small for what you're going to pay, and they're going to charge you $100 a month for water. You won't find that out until you're signing the lease. It also costs about $60 if you lock yourself out of your apartment after 5pm. Dog poop everywhere. Never, ever walk on the grass at night or after it rains. Similar note: sunrise to midnight, the dogs here go nuts. Yelping, yowling, howling dogs. Don't know if the owners are out or just deaf. I just wish I hadn't lived there. It's a good place if you have too many kids to take of and too many dogs to take care of, I guess. The only places nearby are the mall and Whispering Trees market (I do miss their pizza). Not a bad neighborhood, but definitely nothing interesting or within walking distance. Finally: going to have to say I'm disappointed with Liz. She flat-out lied to me when I moved out, and I ended up paying an extra month's rent on top of all of all the replacement costs. Considering that's the fee for breaking the lease early, I wish I had done it months ago and gotten the hell out of there. Also: they offer a deal with ATT, but their contact at ATT (Yolanda?) is not the brightest bulb in the box. Took four months for them to straighten out the mistakes she made when I moved in--trust me, you do not want to be calling ATT twice a week for four months. Seriously, you're gonna get ripped off. so i lived at eucalyptus grove apt for 8 months. The rent is expensive, and all the fee's really add up and make a difference. There is a charge per person for water, a charge for washer and dryer. Those two alone hike up your rent about another 125 bucks. Office help is RIDICULOUS!!!! Maintenance men are always helpful but there are some rude and shady ppl working there. Make sure you get a receipt for your rent. They are scammers! read more

This review is long overdue! I moved into Eucalyptus Grove in Jan. 2010. My advice: Don't be fooled by the niceness of the model unit! My unit has a disgusting bathroom. There is mold/mildew growing in the corner on the floor and the shower door needs replaced - it is rusty and moldy and has been for a long time. The cabinets (bathroom & kitchen) are the originals (from 1985). They need replaced they were not quality when they were put in. My kitchen counter is crap - all scraped up, a huge red stain on it. The flooring was new and nice when I moved in. The stove and dishwasher needed replaced - again the originals from 1985 - just a little energy inefficient. After I submitted my move in check-list with all of these things wrong with it, they did nothing! Until I went in the office and argued that they owed me the $500 off first month's rent advertised on their website. I also requested to show the apartment to the manager. Who said she would have the bathroom shower re-done and put in a new counter top in the kitchen. I did get a new dishwasher at that time. That was in March, it is now November and none of the work has been done. I also found out this week that they still haven't received my November rent check, which I use bill pay for. Their financial person isn't even smart enough to get the money electronically to have the money instantaneously. The pool is always dirty, neither one of the "hot tubs" work, the "fitness center" rivals most home gyms, and the "safety lights" in the parking lot haven't worked since I moved in either. The staff are friendly. The neighbors are friendly and they allow pets. The size is pretty good and I like the optional washer/dryer and balcony. Moral of the story, don't move here! read more

My wife and I lived here for a year while I was stationed at naval medical center San Diego. Our experience here was much less memorable than we expected. We take it as a learning experience for our next apartment search, and we hope that someone else may have the foresight to avoid making the mistakes we made with moving into this complex. Rent : too high for what is being offered. The area itself isn't the safest, or the most up and coming. Facilities : the gym was very small. Imagine having to duel over a treadmill? I got used to running outside. Grounds : kind of creepy after dark. Not to mention the sketchy individuals who would peer through our car windows at night, or the western towing guy out lookin to ruin your morning completely. Staff : condescending is all that comes to mind when I think of the staff at EG. Let's not forget to mention incompetent. Getting anything fixed there required a pilgrimage to Outer space to retrieve the scroll of patience. They were nice, but nice doesn't make things happen. Neighbors: perhaps as a coincidence we didn't ever get along with our neighbors much. Probably because they ignored us completely, or because they were too busy partying it up around the beer pong table. Oh and to the guy who ran down the hall screaming for someone to help him while tripping on acid at 4 a.m., fuck you. Needless to say that my wife and I prefer to associate with a different crowd. Parking : good luck finding that. Or pay the extra $100 a month for a personal space that gets broken into a robbed on a regular basis. Everyone's experience is different, and ours just so happened to be unpleasant. That doesn't mean it will have to be unpleasant for you, but be warned! First off our stay here from 2009 to 2012 wasn't that bad....we lived in the nicer area of the complex, not the low rent district. I wouldn't choose here again because of the poor customer service by the office staff. Our car was broken into once, and I've seen many cars broken into. There is no security patrols. The maintenance men there were awesome and always helpful. Our apartment was outdated and needed remodeling. Rent amount for an old dingy and fresh new apartment was the same price. We had quite a few problems with the office staff. Irene was dating another tenant and he happened to be our neighbor. I think we received about 8 noise complaints for sneezing, vacuuming, and talking during the day. Oh by the way there is no one home during the day and we are quiet non partying people. We literally work eat and sleep. Basically he just didnt like us and she would listen to whatever he had to say and would write a report on us. Yolanda is the rudest member of the staff. Very condescending. It's bad when there is a problem with your apartment and you don't want to go ask the office if it can be fixed because you don't want to deal with her. The only helpful people in the office were Julio and the finance lady in the upstairs office Of course Julio doesn't work there anymore. He prolly got tired of his co workers. Basically. If you ever have a problem go directly to the maintenance guys. They are always helpful and will fix anything immediately. Everything has a fee. To rent a washer and dryer unit is extra, the washer and dryers in the common area are expensive, if you claim another room mate services double, month to month rent is more, parking permit cost money, paying with credit card vice check cost more, having a pet costs more per month plus $500 pet deposit. Oh and good luck getting your deposit back. My recommendation is that you could find somewhere better with ac for the same price or even cheaper. read more

Finally getting out of this place but before I left I had one more bad experience with these people. Never can I trust them. I was told a few options for moving out after my lease was up and when I finally figure out how I'm going to do this, I'm told something different by the manager. I've been here a little over 4 yrs and they've had about 5 managers so far. I was told if there's a waitlist and you need to move out we will let you go prior to your 60 day notice so we can give tour apartment to someone on the waitlist. Manager later says we don't do waitlists. I inform the manager that I'm moving and she gives me my new options and I thought I was getting a document to sign so they have it on record and that wasn't the case. When it comes to pay the last rent payment I call them to asked where are the docs to sign and they say there are no note or anything in the system about me moving out later that month. I ask to speak to the manager and coincidentally, she's not gonna be in the office for another week or so. I have to do a new 60 day notice with a different manager now. I already have my other apartment set up with a move in date. Now I'm paying for 2 apartments but living in one of them. After I've calmed down weeks later I call to talk to the original manager and asked why she didn't put it in the system she said she did and they record the phone calls. Isn't recoding calls illegal? She said either way I had to put in a notice in writing regardless of what I said on the phone. I said yes I know that part but I thought it was your document I sign and add a move out date that she was speaking of. When I call the office people are full of excuses, they forget to put it maintenance tickets for you when you call in, tell you lies if they have to, some of the rules are enforced and some aren't (they enforce them occasionally), the overnight patrol is a joke, no one can ever explain what it is they should actually being doing, I saw him a few times at night just sitting around in various areas of the lot, I have to call in to report card in the lot that haven't moved in over 3 months (um, isn't that the patrol cars job). Once I called them to report a car parked at an angle taking up 2 spots and they said they cannot tow the car (they can only report it to the office. My car was towed immediately because the parking lot sticker wasn't on it. It wasn't on it that night because my windshield had cracked and was repaired after office hours. So I couldn't get a new sticker till the next day. But car did have the blue tape all around the outside of the windshield (obvious sign to any car guy that the windshield had been replaced a couple of hours ago). Office basically said in other words, too bad - you should have parked on the street. There is no street parking!!! Everything is a red curb here. This review is for Feb 2020. I just realized I never published it on Yelp last year. I ended up paying a couple of thousands of dollars to them and then Covid hit a few wks later. Had given them my all my savings because of their incompetence and struggled to get by during stay at home order. read more

I lived here in a way over-priced studio!!. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent from them. Bad experience #1: There was a leak in an upstairs apartment and the maintenance staff went into my studio, tore open a gapping hole behind the toilet and left a heater running on it in the middle of summer! I was not notified that anyone was in my apartment until I got home and saw a letter slipped underneath the door. I got home and it was about 85 degrees in the studio and I had to go spend the night elsewhere. The maintenance staff used MY towels to wipe off the drywall from their hands. I was not compensated for the 2 nights I had to spend in a hotel room because of the heat and the fear of rats, mice, insects coming through the whole. Bad experience #2- There are dumpster divers in the dumpsters every single night making it very uncomfortable to throw away trash when it's dark. The entire complex is not lit well at all and there are transients walking around every night. There is a patrol car that drives by but they say nothing to the dumpster divers. Bad experience #3- my neighbors storage room, was "broken" into and his property was stolen. He remember locking the door so he thought it was an inside job...i.e. someone in the maintenance staff being the culprit since they are the only ones (beside him) who have access to the storages. Bad experiences 4- 7: The property is soooo run down!! The stairs are all uneven, the paint is chipping everywhere, the walls are thin and I could hear every step my upstairs neighbor would take. I could hear talking on the phone. The prices for these apartments go up every couple of months...DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP! The more you are willing to pay for their run-down, poorly maintained units, the more they will raise prices! They take advantage of people. Look around, do your research. They are better apartments for way cheaper. Sure they're right off the freeway, but this place if not worth it! read more

The. Management team is #1. Very unreliable #2. Nothing ever gets done. #3. Your words are never heard. #4. The manager ONLY hears what she wants. #5. The propriety is poorly kept. #6. The gym isn't even a gym when you only have 2 types of machines to chose from and more of one then the other. And is half the size of your living room. #7. The trash desposed never makes it in the can and is always over seen by the maintenance crew. #8. They tend to charge you X2 for your rent then say they only charged you once when your BANK SAYS OTHERWISE. #9. the never work with you and are very RUDE when you try and tell them that the Military commands are having issues paying you. They can careless. #10. This is the worest place to live ever! And the homeless seem to be moving in. read more

I don't even know where to start. The apartments and most of the staff, not all of them, I think there are less than 5 staff members I'd consider good at their job. I know that jobs aren't easy and things happen, that's why I put 2 stars instead of 1. If there is ever an issue or something you needed help with regarding your apartment, don't expect to get a response until a month or MORE. Our kitchen was flooded and we contacted them multiple times, we couldn't use the kitchen or even do laundry because it would all lead to more water. It was very stressful. Help is Not available. We had something wrong with the pipes in our wall next to the kitchen and it would make a noise that was very annoying.. they came by to check it out and fixed it. They never returned to finish up and cover the wall. Parking is the worst. I strongly recommend you find somewhere, literally ANYWHERE than this place. read more
