It was really important for her having fresh flowers that she can enjoy while she is recovering. A lady deserves flowers, right? I selected DIVINE MOSAIC BOUQUET only because of the beautiful vase. I didn't even want to get white flowers, but that vase was really cool. She called me the next day telling me she received the flowers. I was shocked and thought maybe I made a mistake on the ordering date. I double checked my receipt. Nope, they messed up big time. They were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday the 10th after her surgery but they delivered them on THURSDAY 5th . She didn't even go into the hospital yet! Seriously this was the whole point of purchasing them. I tried to stay positive about the mishap. She sent me picture of them thanking me. I noticed that bouquet looked so different. The one I ordered had lilies and tulips, the one sent didn't have any. I understand that sometimes they run out of flowers and the florist generally reserves the right to replace flowers based on their supply. BUT they gave her cheap replacements. And get this.... They were in a BASIC plain ole clear cheap vase. (some companies you have to "upgrade" vases as an "add on", this was not the case). If they didn't have the flowers or the vase, they should have called me to see if I wanted to switch my order to something else, especially with shipping and taxes being a buck shy of $80. I tried calling several times and they don't answer, their voice mailbox is full. Maybe other complaints? I thought maybe they could rectify this by dropping off the mosaic vase I orered when they are in her neighborhood & maybe adding a flower or two for her to have fresh flowers after her surgery. The delivery date is still not for 3 more days. I have been calling them, I sorta gave up. I don't expect them to answer on Sunday but will try them again on Monday and Tuesday. I gave them 2 stars because the flowers were fresh and actually delivered & minus 3 stars for wrong flowers, wrong vase and being a week early-missing the whole point of the order. If I do hear back from them or they fix this, I will update the review.

Refunded for the 2 no shows and have not received a return phone call from the owner. Tried to work with the employees who took my order, and am certain the owner knows the whole situation as she was sitting there when I went in immediately after the event to discuss the issues. She did not intervene either to assist her employees or to provide customer service. Flowers provided were beautiful, but do not recommend for events!
