    Anytime Toast

Needed a little morning pick me up and randomly stumbled into Euforia. Very relaxing atmosphere, staff is very friendly and patient with a new visitor to this caffeine and breakfast food oasis! Hard choices to be had, between crepes, bagels, toasts, smoothies and bowls there is a little bit for everyone. While not on the menu, they quickly whipped up a dirty chai (with great artwork!) for me to enjoy along my fresh and tasty anytime toast that was packed with flavor and perfectly prepared from egg, bacon, tomatoes and avocado. Definitely worth stopping in if in the area. Small parking lot on the side or street parking as well. Amole seating for you or a group of friends to enjoy a chat over a good drink or quick treat!

Charming Little Bistro in the Heart of Waukegan This cozy café in the heart of Waukegan really caught me by surprise with its delicious offerings. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is excellent. Service was pleasant and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you're in the area and looking for a quick bite or a great breakfast spot, this place is definitely worth checking out!

This place is very cute! On the inside it has lots of positive vibes and friendly faces. Servers were all kind. We got: Banana pumpkin hot latte: 5/10 was very bland. Apple chai and I added 2 espresso shots: 8/10 cold foam on this was delicious. Mandala bagel melt: 6/10 bagel was not toasted and the egg was super bland needed to be toasted and maybe actual scrambled eggs. Anytime toast: 5/10. Avocado was like a spread not real avocado and again barely even toasted. I think with a few small changes like what I've mentioned, this place will be even better. For all of that we paid $42.89

Latte With Oat Milk And Sunshine Bowl

Checked out this coffee shop and cafe in Waukegan and thought it was great. Euforia Cafe is a hipster place that sticks out around here to be honest. It happens to be in a pretty rough part of town filled with ethnic restaurants and stores. A better than expected place for coffee. They also have açaí bowls and other such things. Before coming here for the first time we weren't sure what to expect. It's located in an area with sketchy ethnic businesses like the stores that sell phone cards and that kind of stuff. This was quite a revelation telling the truth. A pleasant atmosphere. Good smells. Okay prices too. It's about $4 for a latte. They have a few non dairy milks including oat. It's about $9 for one of the bowls. We gotta couple of these. I got the Sunshine Bowl. This is made with bananas, coconut milk, mango, and pineapple, topped with bananas, coconut flakes, honey which I left off, and pineapple. Great stuff and it's actually healthy. It's located on Grand at Berwick and has a parking lot. There's quite a few things for vegans and vegetarians.

In an area where the options to enjoy a coffee or espresso with friends, a nice book, or even accomplish course-work are very limited. Euforia had become that beacon of calmness in this small Hispanic suburban neighborhood. Euforia has excellent coffee options, fantastic food and exceptional customer service, though orders sometimes can take up to 20 minutes to come out after ordering on its more busier days. The only thing that currently holds Euforia from being excellent is its departure from its "Identity". The decision to begin selling beer and other alcoholic beverages, as well as also eliminating its book shelf, acted as a paradigm shift. In a neighborhood that suffers from a liquor store epidemic, Euforia acted as almost a safe haven for teenagers and young adults. Though now, in a space designed to encourage companionship and learning, has now become yet another "kickback" spot that entices the young people of Waukegan, yet again to drink. All-in-all if you want some food and a coffee, Euforia is great, but if you desire a cafe to call your "3rd Place", there may be other options.

Such a cute shop! They offer coffees, smoothies, toasts, and bagel sandwiches. Service was super friendly. A decent amount of seating. They even have a book exchange! One small bathroom. Parking lot is a little small, but there is also street parking. I had a cold brew that was tasty. Breakfast sandwhich was large and it came with chips.

In town for my daughter's Navy bootcamp graduation. Stopped in here for breakfast. It was so delicious. We all ordered bagel sandwiches. The Mandala was the favorite. My son ordered a smoothie bowl. It was enough for two people, but also yummy. Great coffee, drinks, atmosphere and super friendly service. Stop in when you're in town!

It took nearly half an hour to get the bowl I ordered. And when it finally got to us... it was all right. Very, very sweet. I've definitely had worse & I've also had much better. Didn't hate it by any means but probably won't be coming back. Just not worth it :p

Nice little café! Their breakfast bagel sandwiches are delicious! Their coffees are huge; I ordered a small and I thought it was a large! Their service is great, and their staff are super friendly. It's not too noisy (which gives you the ability to work or read). This place has a great vibe.

    Forgive my picture taking skills

Food was fresh and delicious!! Service was great. The place was clean and inviting. This was our first time here and we will be back!

Euforia cafe is a small, local AND Hispanic women owned coffee shop and I adore it. The decor of Euforia is very cute with greenery throughout. Light fixtures are cute and make you feel like you're on beach vacay. At 1 point the music was turned up really loud which did make it challenging to have a conversation. I was here on a Saturday morning and the place was paaaaacked. Staff members are very kind and had smiles on their faces throughout my time there. Given how busy it was I knew my order was going to take a bit of time to be made. It took about 20 mins for the drinks and food to arrive at our table. I did notice that some people who ordered after us received their orders before we did. I ordered an iced matcha blueberry latte with oat milk. It was alright, quality of ingredients used were decent, not the greatest and not the worst. For food I ordered the mandala bagel melt which was also pretty good. This cafe is on the pricier side however bc it's small and locally owned, it makes sense. Euforia is a great addition to the Waukegan area and I hope this business continues to do well. Tip - This is definitely an IG worthy spot. Take advantage of how cute it is and snap lots of pics =)

This spot must be popular as it was packed when we came! This is a cute cafe with Instagram worthy decor; perfect for a meet up if you're in the area. I had one of the acai bowls, and I thought it was fine, if on the sweeter side. They have a selection of open faced sandwiches and bagels.

This place recently opened up in Waukegan and I'm happy to see new, instagrammable, coffee shops. this place offers coffee, crepes, acai bowls and pastries. i ordered the Sunshine Bowl and the Chocolate Covered Strawberry (seasonal, Valentine's day drink). both were super good, though 9.50 for an acai bowl is a little steep. I personally wouldn't want to pay more than 7.50 for it. the place has plenty of seating and a few scattered outlets. it is socially acceptable to sit in here and study, read or work. the place is spanish themed as well and the workers speak spanish too. we love to see it i'll definitely be back. very happy with both of my purchases!!

Thankfully, it was only 10 minutes away, so my mom and I hopped in the car to try it out. Drip and Culture is located in the back of Supermercado Gonzalez. It's not rare for Mexican grocery stores in the area to sell hot food in the back of the store, but it was very unique to find this super cute, black-owned coffee shop located right in the back. After looking over the menu, I decided on the Ube Matcha and my mom chose the Banana Rum Caramel Latte! Both drinks were a 10/10!!! My drink had an Ube horchata base, which tasted like the perfect mix of vanilla and cinnamon. It was absolutely amazing and paired perfectly with the matcha!!! My mom thoroughly enjoyed her latte as well! Next time I'm in town, Drip and Culture will be my first stop. The shop has a 90s theme with jerseys on the wall and VHS tapes, which gives such a nostalgic vibe. I can't wait to return!!!

honestly shout out to this place for inventing the worst boba i've ever had…read more i decided to give this place a chance since they have very few reviews, but i wish i could have my $7 back. the boba is hard as rocks and the "milk tea" is 95% milk with a splash of some flavoring. it tastes like the milk tea bobas in a can you'd get at any asian grocery store: cheap tasting, hard boba, lacking flavor. i definitely will not be back. sucks that's the only boba spot in this half of the state isn't good. gotta go near vernon hills for better.

I came across this boba shop while looking for boba cafes nearby on Google Maps, and it looked…read morerelatively new, so I wanted to check it out. My fiancé and I ordered a thai milk tea with boba and a mango smoothie with boba. The drinks only come in one cup size, which is pretty large. The thai tea was good, but the mango smoothie was a bit icy and overly sweet. Of note, I asked for 50% sweetness on the thai tea, and my fiancé asked for 75% sweetness on the mango smoothie. The sweetness level on the thai tea tasted just right at 50%, so I can't imagine what it would've been at 100%. However, the mango smoothie was definitely way too sweet. We both liked the boba pearls. They were nice and chewy. Something to note: they do not sell just regular milk tea here, which I found interesting. They sell a milk tea latte* which the cashier explained is like your basic milk tea mixed with coffee. I would've liked to see a basic milk tea. Additionally, their taro milk tea is made from powder, which is pretty common. (Looking for a place that uses real taro though!) With regards to affordability, the drinks seemed a bit overpriced for what you get. They were around $5.50/drink and then an additional cost for boba (or other toppings). Finally, the inside was empty and quiet when we came, and there were several tables to sit at. The boba cafe looked pretty clean, and it is connected to Ohsio Sushi next door.
