A follow up to my previous bad review. The mattress I purchased was not the issue, it was the box I purchased to go under it. It wasn't a solid top box so the mattress sagged when I sat or laid Down due to it not being a solid top box. I'm hoping to rectify this issue with Casey tody. read more

We have been needing to upgrade our bed for a while now. I am not sure what the hold up was honestly. We stopped in the other day and spent about a good hour laying on the beds they had to offer. I am not one that likes firm, so I had to try out yo make sure they were comfy, and soft. We opted for the cooling gel memory style type of bed. Tanner helped us out so much with everything we needed. This time we didn't purchase a mattress protector, which I highly recommend you do, and the only reason I didn't is because I bought one from here for mattress protection not too long ago. They sell quality mattress protectors, as well as great pillows, and sheets. Since having the bed at home, I have had the best sleep! Before the bed was here, I would find myself sleeping downstairs on our feather couch thinking that was much better. If this is you, run now to get a new bed! You won't regret your decision! We were dreading shopping for a new mattress especially at the end of February, when mattress advertising reaches a fever pitch. When we stopped in at Eugene Mattress, the salesman quickly figured out what we wanted and developed a reasonable deal for a new King-sized mattress and Power Board. We were very satisfied with the deal we got, and even better, it was delivered the very next day and Tylor and Tyson did an excellent job of removing the old mattresses and installing the new mattress and power board. Casey yelled at me! He was the most unprofessional person I have ever talked to. We bought a bed and then changed our minds before we had it delivered. When we called to get our money back and say we didn't want the bed. He refused, and yelled at me! We never got a receipt! And we never were informed about the lack of return policy. I would understand a no return policy if we had the bed, But we have not even touched the bed. It has never left his store room! I would not ever recommend dealing with this company! read more

My wife and I just moved to Oregon and we were in dire need of a bed after sleeping on our floor for a night because nothing could be delivered on a short notice because of COVID-19. We went to sleep number and didn't get approved for a finance there for some reason and it was going to take 7-10 days minimum. Nope! Not sleeping on the floor again for that long. Went to get a futon at Wal-Mart. Clothes at 5 for some reason. Slept on floor. Woke up and Googled mattresses in Eugene and drove to the first one that looked prosperous. Popped into Eugene Mattress Company and was greeted by Casey. Nice guy with no pushy salesman attitude.(I'm a salesman) Right off bat my wife and I tell him what type of beds we prefer and within 5 minutes we found what we wanted. Sweet let's contact the finance company and maybe we can get it delivered in a couple of days. My wife went online and was unsuccessful several times as the website was having some kind of issue. Instead of saying come back when it's working, Cooper tried on his computer and got to the very last part and it messed up on him. We were not surprised as we had heard that the website had been giving Casey problems for several days. Cooper was insistent in trying to get us approved for a bed and tried another finance company. Successful! Approved for $5000. Got the bed my wife and I wanted and on top of that....Casey made it so my bed is being delivered tomorrow on a Sunday. Too cool! We definitely like the fact that Casey wasn't a pushy salesman and we appreciate Cooper going the extra mile for us to get approved.
