We've been in our house for 10 days and I didn't want the grass to grow taller and potentially get a notice from our HOA. They arrived perfectly on time. Cut the lawn and trimmed a flowering plant that was a little too close to the patio/ house. They worked quickly and efficiently. My yard looks great! They will be coming back biweekly, and I'm looking forward to enjoying our front and backyard.

I showed him the front and backyard needed lawn mowing and leaf/debris cleanup, every two weeks, he quoted $70 for my home, which was fair to me. I asked for the rose bushes to be trimmed on occasion and to fill in bare spots in the back yard with mulch which he quoted at $30 extra. Fair enough to me. He takes Zelle payment if you don't have cash on hand. Superb! At the end of the job he asked if he could put up a sign designating his work, which was fine by me. I gave him a $20 tip too.
