The bouquets were delivered directly to the hotel in glass vases (complimentary), which we were able to use as table centerpieces for the wedding reception. They will stop to answer questions or guide you if you are not sure of what to buy. They may not be readily viewable when you go to check out, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for someone to pop up at the register.
