We have lot 17 and very easily pulled through a 37' trailer attached to a Dodge 3500 Diesel Doolie. They have two sewer connections which is sweet since we have 3 gray and 1 black tank. I was able to connect two short hoses rather than the standard nest. All sites are gravel and well marked on white posts. A concern for some is the place butt's up to a graveyard on one end.

We arrived at the Marietta Museum of Art, 15 minutes early, as directed by the website. No one showed, and she pulled up her confirmation email, which indicated they had sent her tickets to the Atlanta ghost tour, 30 minutes away. She called, they were rude to her and acted as if she had made the whole thing up. To make a long story short, she clicked on the purchase link for Marietta, it sent her Atlanta tickets, and when she called the US Ghost Adventures number, they were rude, offered neither refund nor apology. The build took longer than expected but was definitely worth the wait. It was very apparent during the build process and upon delivery that a great deal of attention was put into the building. It's very obvious they care about the workmanship of the product they deliver. Again, it was definitely worth the wait and a few unexpected surprises were incorporated in the van. I have a few minor adjustments to make in my design and that's my fault as a few things aren't as functional as I would like. I did a custom build and I take full responsibility for my choices. I enjoyed working with them and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services. The staff and owner are beautiful souls and I can't express my gratitude for them adequately.
