Mike's auto & body bid $10,000 on hail damage on a company car. Repaired from a dealership for under $2,000. They take advantage of fleet cars. Prior work was sub-par on quarter panel repair. Paint bubbles on door jam ridge. I was told they will go away. read more

Didn't repair my car properly and i had to come back 3 times for them to finally identify the issue they caused and repair it. The issue caused me to have to have my tires realigned and balanced a second time. Months later I had taken it to another body shop for unrelated incident and they found repair work Mike's had done was so shoddy they refused to touch it. I finally found a repair shop willing to fix Mikes work. They found Mikes used a tar like glue to glue parts on instead of screwing them in and subpar parts. It was so bad the insurance company that paid for the repairs at Mike's also paid double that for all the new repairs to fix the work Mike had done Do NOT take your car to Mikes!! In fact because of my issue I think Progressive has taken them off the preferred repair list. read more

I have used this shop twice so far and have been happy with both experiences. The cars always look as good as new and the service is great.

They fixed the car really fast and made it better than ever! This is the place I come back to if I need to fix my car. Lovely place.

Don't use this repair shop. I have now had two experiences with this shop. The first repair they did for me, they tried to get me to pay the full repair upfront. I refused and said I would pay only parts up front. That should have been my first warning, but I took in another car to repair. I brought the car and said I only wanted the passenger side door and front quarter panel replaced. They told me no problem, they could do that. They gave me a quote of $1500 for the repair. I then dropped off a the car and got a call saying that said they would not do the repair unless I replaced a number of other items that were only slightly damaged. They wanted $6500 or they would not work on the car. Typical bait and switch operation. Don't go here. read more

Was in an accident in December. They got me in the same day and coordinated a rental car pickup. They were prompt and great at communicating. They fixed my car as quickly as possible. After getting my car back I realized my driver seat was also damaged (an easy thing to miss). They quickly took my car back, repaired it and sent all documentation to the insurance company. Mike's Auto Shop is the best around! Due to family emergencies I had to reschedule multiple times. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. When they finished my car I could only pick it up on Saturday at 12:30 pm. They close at 12:00! Mike stayed an extra 30 minutes just for me! He wouldn't take a tip either! I am very pleased with Mike's Auto Body. I was concerned at first because an uninsured motorist hit me, causing almost $20,000 worth of damage to my car - and I do not have a very expensive car; still, my insurance wanted to repair it. My car was in the shop for almost 3 months and I was very frustrated being without a vehicle after my rental coverage exhausted. Diana was very nice - even though I called frequently and sent multiple e-mails. There was a parts delay/issue so I understood it wasn't their fault, but it was still very upsetting. What did I do to deserve this? I asked. However, I got my Jeep back today and it now drives better than it did before it was hit, and it looks amazing! This is a quality body shop that you can trust. I went here to get a free estimate as a walk-in on painting a chip on my bumper, I didn't call ahead or make an appointment, I just walked in. Freddy was the person that helped me and he was more than willing to assist. Freddy gave me very good prices, although I didn't fix the car right then. I felt like I was treated well and valued, was not pressure to purchase any service. I didn't feel like I was wasting their time. Freddy also offered me different options at different price points so I was not stuck with only one. And he suggested that if I was ready to fix my car, the date that he gave me would be the best because they were having several cars in the shop at the moment. I brought my car in a few months ago for a front bumper replacement and back bumper repair and was amazed at the job done and customer service of Mikes Auto & Body and it's employees. I was immediately greeted and assisted upon arrival, able to drop my car off the same day as my estimate and my car was in and out of the shop within FOUR DAYS! I also brought my car in recently due to my passenger door was not opening and they took my car back immediately and had my door fixed within minutes at no charge. My truck needed some serious body work and Mike's came highly recommended from a mechanic down the highway. The experience was very pleasant as I know a lot of people are "iffy" about getting their car assessed or fixed. Carlos was extremely nice and professional. This place is a rip-off. I took my car here because the brake lights were not working and I had an engine warning light on. They charged me $500 and then told me they could not fix it and I needed to take it to the dealership for them to fix. The warning light was still on and the brake lights still did not work. Did not offer a discount or anything. Just kept saying that they replaced a part and I had to pay for it. Run from this place as fast as you can. read more
